The show itself was quite funny, the food was very tasty and the prices for extra beverages (water and cold tea were included) was quite reasonable! There’s not a bad seat in the venue. Service was friendly and efficient.
The only issue was the acoustics. It was impossible to understand clearly what the explanation was about the event, what the guys were doing, and no info about sumo wrestling in general (that we could hear)

I can’t recommend this enough. The ex professional sumo wrestlers are great and really funny and make it a really entertaining show, as well as demonstrating all the techniques and they did 3 rounds of proper matches. The food was nice as well and was funny watching everyone fight them afterwards in a sumo outfit. The staff are really friendly and create a great atmosphere, as well as being fluent English speakers and explaining all the match rituals and background of the training and diet and things. Book this immediately, it’s by far one of the best things you can do in Japan!!

Really entertaining show good performance by two (retired) Sumo wrestlers, who are funny and friendly. Decent food was served before the show, which was sold out, so early reservations might be required. Staff is friendly, the presenter is loud and enthusiastic, but her English is good enough and the explanations are useful. The audience has the chance to do some fighting with the wrestlers at the end, which is a guarantee for lots of fun for friends and family. Great entertainment for a fair price, absolutely recommendable.
