Our experience was exceptional and once in a lifetime!
My Mum requires a walker to get around and the staff were magnificent in helping her get the most out of her day, a very special mention and Thank you to Putri with the Elephant Mud Bath experience!
Putri made this the most memorable experience and nothing was too much trouble!
From beginning to end, every staff member at the Zoo went above and beyond.

This was the best day! It was all well organised and was so enjoyable! The breakfast with orangutans was amazing as the food was lovely and then we got to get so close to lots of different animals. The mud fun with elephants was then another level! We bought our pictures as it was an experience that we want to remember! Would recommend to anyone visiting Bali!

It was so lovely to meet the Orangutans and Mud exp with the Elephants. We got to meet the 1st Baby elephant born there in 14yrs!! He was so adorable.
All the staff was fantastic, especially Madde at the elephant exp..! So knowledgable, spoke so well to everyone and kept everyone engaged.

Headout was difficult to deal with. i wanted to change from elephant bathing to elephant ride and they advised it could not be done.
when I asked at the ticket office at the zoo, it was not a problem
the pickup time was never advised. so our driver had to wait 30 minutes while we rushed around and got dressed.
