Our Tea at Burj al Arab and the seven course meal were OUTSTANDING. They sent a driver for us and he was so professional as well. This was truly an experience we will remember and it was well worth the price. We highly recommend the TEA!!!!

The Afternoon Tea itself was an awesome experience. However, getting picked up in our hotel was a horrible experience. No one showed up to pick us up at 15:30p. Several emails were sent and we had to beg to use an Uber guy’s local phone to contact the Viator reps in Dubai about our pickup. Finally, we were picked up at almost 17:00p and we were late for the Tea. The restaurant was accommodating and everything went well after that. Our driver Sharif who came to pick us up from our hotel was very helpful and he provided excellent customer service. He also picked us up after tea on time and it was a pleasure that he was our driver.

You do not get the experience of a 7 star hotel. WAY too expensive for what little you get. Overrated. Other places much prettier and cheaper.

driver forgot to pick us up. we have been waiting for 50 minutes. we paid in 5 minutes, we are waiting for money back already for days.

Make a direct reservation at the burj el Arab, that saves you 50%. And it is a 4-course not a seven. Never will book via Viator again! The afternoon tea hoever is absolute a nice thing to do

The afternoon tea was fine. But when you book here with viater and the local tour operator dessert adventures you pay more than twice the price !

We were picked up from hotel promptly. The burg Al Arab was stunning. The waiters were excellent and food was delicious. My friend wanted gluten free food, they did accommodate her.

people are verynice and food is great. there is no outside view. inside view of the hotel is nice. need to go down to first floor and see the great view at the back of the hotel

Disappointed start as transfer vehicle didn’t turn up and despite a number of phones calls made of which no-one answered we had to pay for a taxi. Its says 7 courses but that includes drinks so in fact food wise you get 2 x bellinis & cavier, 3 finger sandwiches, selection of cakes & 1 x scone. We paid just under £500 for this experience which lasted 2 1/2 hrs. Not worth it and wouldn’t recommend. The hotel staff won’t allow you explore you are only allowed to go to the toilets and area by grand piano. Almost as though your not allowed to mix with staying guests.

This was our first visit to this magnificent hotel. The afternoon tea was fantastic as was the service. For any visitor to Dubai’s visit to this hotel is a must
