If you want really great pictures and unlimited time on your private tour then this is the tour for you.
Sunny provided us with all of the information that we needed to know about the sites that we visited in Abu Dhabi and then allowed us to go visit them on our own. We were able to spend as much time taking photos and visiting the sites. We were able to stop for lunch and went to the fruit and vegetable market for snacks.
Sunny is a great tour guide and answered A LOT of questions for us. Abu Dhabi is beautiful and you definitely need to tour if you have limited time!

The guid, Quasim was great!! He is very kind and knowledgable.
We enjoyed our trip very much thanks to Quasim.
When I booked to tour with Viator we were suppose to visit The Luvre and the big Palace as part of the tour. Quasim called his company and they said that we had to pay extra for these2 places.
We paid $200 dollars for the visit in order to visit the main attractions including the above places.
We were very disappointed.

My group of 6 was completely underwhelmed with this experience. Pickup was on-time; SUV was a tight fit for 6 adults. It didn’t feel like a tour, more like a private driver just dropping us off at different places. We felt underprepared for the heat at the Grande Mosque – we asked if we’d be outside and was told no – so we didn’t bring our fans or towels. We ended leaving early due to feeling hot and uncomfortable. Other stops included a hotel (former palace with nothing to see or do), a place trying to sell us expensive carpets, and we had short time at heritage village – also lame. We stopped at a buffet place for lunch, but it didn’t look appealing – so he stopped us at a mall with American food court. Abu Dhabi doesn’t seem to offer much for tourists.

This was an amazing tour. We are a family with teens. Our guide was great about skipping or quickly doing stops we were not interested in and adding stops/taking our time at others. I never took the trip and neither did the tour operator showed up. I called them half hour before pick up time, pick up time and up to an hour after pick up time. No answer. Viator uses local company called Rah Tourism. I called back Viator that morning and told them about my circumstances and was put on hold to check on the operator. The lady came back in the phone and told me we can’t get a hold of them and will process your refund because of no show. I received an e-mail six hours later telling me sorry NO REFUND!

It was awesome to have just our family on this tour. Our tour guide wasn’t the most fluent at conversational English but we could communicate ok. And he had details of the places where we stopped well rehearsed. It was nice to be able to decode what we wanted to see and not see. One place the tour stopped was a place where they did a sales pitch for expensive carpets and souvenirs. We excused ourselves from that after a little while—that was the only thing we didn’t like to visit. The Grand Mosque and the Presidential Palace are must sees! So amazing!
