A really good all-day trip from Dubai to Abu Dhabi.
Lots of value for money.
All the places we saw were interesting without wasting time and malls.
I had forgotten my cellphone at the hotel and could not take pictures.
However, it was no problem for Ali – our tour guide.
He immediately lent me his own and when we got back to the hotel he also helped copy all the pictures I had taken onto my mobile.
A fantastic service that many could learn a great deal from.

All day Abu Dhabi tour was on point. I love each of the stop. I also love my Drive Raha Husnain . He is on time and well communicate, told us some good Info about every stop . He is patient and nice, he played some good music for us on our way back to Dubai.

We booked 3 tours with Viator and all of them had the same problem. Tour guides in Dubai can’t hardly speak English. This one in specific the minivan full with 12 people did not had AC. We were struggling because it was very hot inside the van. I would like my money back for all 3 tours. Thanks

I had a long layover in Dubai, so I decided to explore as much as I could of the UAE (I explored Dubai afterwards alone)! This tour was perfect as I got to see many places of just Abu Dhabi. It was convenient to be picked up and dropped of in Dubai, and the highlight was seeing the mosque! The driver/tour guide Qasim was very nice and accommodating!

My wife and I booked this tour mainly to visit the mosque.
Unfortunately we were unable to get inside.
Our experience doing this long trip from Dubai and not allowed to get inside was frustrating ,
We strongly feel that VIATOR should ensure that access to mosque should be provided at the date and time of our tour.
We are a 73 years couple that had the excitement to know this great place and unable to do so was a shocking outcome of our tour.
We sincerely hope that Viator could reimburse at least some money to compensate this very bad outcome.

I must say the mosque is what made the trip worth it. You must be dressed accordingly. We paid 50 AED for the men kendoora & 45 AED for the women Abaya which you can purchase there. They were the simple ones.
The city just was not what we expected. The tour took u to see everything. We passed on alot of the stops because of that. We wanted to visit the Ferrari museum which u only can take pics. Don’t have enough to time to go in. Our driver did stop by the store to purchase us a COLD water because most of the tours included hot water. The temps were 104-110.

I booked this tour on a short trip to the UAE and had a great time. Our tour guide, Ghulam Ali, was friendly and knowledgeable. We got to see the best of Abu Dhabi in a day trip and enjoyed a delicious lunch. I recommend it if you are ever in that part of the world.

the experience was horrible with you. I booked it because of your reputation and felt terribly cheated. The Rah travel agent was very difficult to contact. The bus reported late and we reached mosque in abu dhabi at 1245 pm. We hardly go any time to see it. The whole morning upto 1100 am we were in dubai picking up people. Rah Travel had further outsourced tour to third party i suppose. The mini bus that reported and took us for tour had no well planned itenierary, no guide was available as promised, even in mosque no head covers given as given in booking voucher, the travel agent didnt have clue that the system of providing head covers in mosque has been stopped, driver was finding way to sites, we missed 1-2 places in itenierary due to time paucity, the bus was diverted out of route in dubai to cater to need of one of the passangers while returning delaying the process of return by 30 min, no proper announcement system was available in bus, AC were not very effective, Ultimately we reached Dubai back at around 10 pm against 6 pm as given in voucher (9 hrs tour time from start at 9 am). Due to late arrival we had to forgo our other onward bookings/ program in evening. I have gone through your site booking for other trips in europe earlier and had very good experience and so i booked again for dubai. But had terrible experience. Will never recommend anyone to book at viator or will further book on your site.

My Husband and I truly enjoyed this day tour. It was a full day of touring the attractions mentioned in the description. Ali was our tour guide. Ali spoke very good English, a safe driver, and provided very detailed information about the sites on our tour. We shared our tour with 2 additional very friendly couples. Ali was prompt and allowed us the time needed to enjoy each attraction. I highly recommend this tour AND to request for Ali as your tour guide.

The day was divided well amongst a number of activities. The Grand Mosque is very impressive and the highlight of the visit. The stop at an art/carpet gallery was interesting, albeit with a commercial intent. The Heritage Center was cute, and we passed by a number of sites, with some explanations. Additional history would have been helpful, as well as a more organized stop for lunch. We ended in a mall by Ferrari World, did not go in, so would have preferred something more interesting to end the day. We were 3 couples in a van, a bit tight, but manageable. It gave us an overview of the city in one day, at a reasonable price!
