Sohib was amazing! The tour was enlightening and we were given enough time to absorb the culture. His driving was smooth and he was prompt. We also had a lunch stop. I recommend.

We went in the middle of coronavirus crisis, so the Big Mosque was close, it was painful. However, Ali, our guide, worked hard to give us a nice day. He drove over lot of Abu Dhabi’s places, and told us some stories about the places. Fortunately, we could get into the emirates palace and it’s beautiful. We took a private tour for the prize of grupal because there were no more people.

This was during the covid-19 timeframe and had a tour of Abu Dhabi from Dubai scheduled. We were a party of four men. They tried to stuff into a Toyota 4 runner in the back two rows of seats. Two diminutive Japanese’s women were in the first row of seats. The shortest of the four got in and his head was hitting the ceiling. There was no way we were driving two hours each way with our neck bent that way. They said they would send another vehicle at additional cost. We waited and talked to the concierge at the hotel and they found out what we were doing and say that EVERYTHING in Abu Dhabi was closed and taking a tour there was akin to fraud. We cancelled the entire trip. They sternly said we would not receive a refund. I told them that they would not decide whether we got a refund or not and would speak to Viator. Well we’ve sent two requests for refunds and have not received any responses. We that these are extraordinary circumstances but these also require extraordinary responses. We were not impressed with Viator in this regard. I hope this is a fluke but we will searching out other tour operators whenever we need a tour (which is often).

RAH Tourism was extremely punctual and attentive, compressing exactly everything that was proposed.
I would like to highlight the cordial, friendly and attentive service provided by the guide Aleem Kahn, who was always concerned about giving us information about tourist attractions and other information.
I recommend the services, and if it is possible to choose a Guide, choose Aleem.

Driver was interactive through out the drive, not cool that I had to buy a socks to cover my ankle before entering the mosque, even though I made sure to wear a full Abaya to avoid such for the trip. other than that it was an interesting trip and liked the experience.

The reason for 3 stars: The vehicle felt too crowded for 6 people + the driver. (Toyota 4 Runner)No leg room in rear of vehicle especially since the drive to Abu Dhabi was 90mins -2hrs with heavy traffic. Inam is pleasant & very nice & informative but I wish we were told in advance we had to pay to go into mosque & needed PCR ( we only had vaccination). Be aware the mosque is a money making business similar to a mega church in the US. We went into a mall with only vaccination then at the Ferrari place we were told we needed PCR + vaccination. No consistency & left on our own to deal with the guard telling us we cannot enter. This issue should have been left to our tour guide to deal with. We were taken to museums twice and realize these are more places trying to sell rugs and gold. Not your typical museums , very disappointed. Take money with you since this trip is not only about seeing Abu Dhabi but spending money. The last stop was to a shopping area with stores that sells Dates . Again it’s a haggle just to buy Dates. I only wish the site explained in more details we could make better decisions.

Excellent guide, the tour covered all basic spots with good times. Every thing was great, we enjoyed the stops and the visit to the mosque was amazing!!! We were able to see it at daylight and twilight, beautiful!!!!

La recogida fue bastante puntual, el chofer muy correcto y siempre pendiente de nosotro. Las visitas dentro de lo programado, salvo una a un centro comercial donde intentaron vendernos unos tapices bordados de oro (aguantamos en unos cómodos sillones). Lo que sí me pareció mal, pero MUY MAL, fue el vehículo. Un 4 x 4 en que viajé siempre hecho un ovillo en el asiento trasero. Si no fuera por la disposición del chofer, habría puntuado mucho menos.
