The instructor (Sadiq?) was excellent, as was Derek who picked us up from where we were at. We were at the wrong place because no precise address was given!! When I rang the day before I was told by very rude man that it was next to the Burj Al Arab. The next morning it turned out it wasn’t. I rang the number on the Viator email again and the same man was ruder still and mistakenly insisted for several minutes that my trip had been cancelled. Whoever he is – he should not deal with customers. I finally got there .

The man who took us out on our jet skis was very good – he took photos and videos and shared these back to us.
Unfortunately, my sons jet ski had a fault – the engine kept stopping and the man had to keep coming over to start it. We were offered a second go once back to land, but sadly, due to time, we couldn’t take up the offer.

From the moment we arrived the Nemo team was cracking jokes and making my family and me feel welcomed. After getting everything situated and getting on the water, our guide made sure everyone was comfortable and truly did tailor to us. During our stops we had full on photo shoots where our guide took photos that look great and they are free! Also during the ride our guide was taking videos of us, which he sent to us when we returned, also complimentary. This trip was worth every penny and despite being cheaper than some other options, we got the same experience. Definitely book with Nemo!
