The cruise itself was good, and the people working for the company was nice and helpful. Good price for it
I had one isue with the booking….I book from Aswan to Luxor….and instead of that I’ve had to come on the ship in Luxor! They helped me a lot and paid all the expenses for the transfers between the 2 cityes …
Recommending it,just double check the starting port before you pay… actually not sure if it was a mistake from the cruise company or from Viator … But it was a bit strange

The ship is rather well maintained, the crew are helpful and friendly, the food is plenty and tasty.
The agreed upon tours were very good, the guide, Ahmed, was really passionate about his country and history, so it really was awsome to listen to him.He also tried to provide to our every need and was open to suggestions; he really was there for us.
And then… This is where I take one star out on my review.
After visiting the Valley of the Kings, we were taken to an egyptian village and shop, where we had a show of the old ways of working the stone (alabaster, sandstone…) and we were served “complimentary drinks”. IT WAS A TRAP. We were harassed with the most agressive marketing strategies, worse than anything we experiwnced anywhere else in Egypt. We were trapped, we couldn’t escape. Even when I and another mother of three tryed to get refuge in the van, they still came after us, standing at the open door, trying to force us to change our minds.
It was an experienced that tarnished the whole day, which really was a shame. And it really lowered my appreciation of everything else, great as it had been.

If you want to do the cruise from Aswan to Luxor, that I can highly recommend. However DO NOT use this company. There are lots of other alternatives. I was mis-sold an upgrade to a suite on this cruise and ended up being over charged by over £260; I eventually got a refund of £89 after a lot of hassle and chasing, but am seriously unhappy with the service and what I was told I was getting versus what I actually got.
I upgraded to a suite thinking I would get a better view of the river, as this was at the front. If you have a look at the pictures, you will see that the cruise ships park next to each other, so only the riverside rooms of the outside ship actually gets a view of the river when they are parked up. Everyone else gets to look into the room in the ship next to them. You can see how close they are in the picture. To make matters worse, the suite it right next to the bridge, so the crew woke me up at 04:30am and kept talking and making noise right outside my door from then on. They were also smoking outside the door which came straight in to my room. If anything it was a downgrade.
The cruise itself was OK, but you do not need to spend two nights on the ship. You need to spend the first night, but once it gets to Luxor it would have been much better to transfer to a proper hotel and have all the facilities available. I wish I had known they would park up just outside Luxor as I would then have gone back to the Hilton the night before rather than in the morning.

Die Zimmer sind wirklich schön und sauber, allerdings sehr ringhörig. Ohrstöpsel also nicht vergessen, dann geht es ohne Probleme. In der Nacht kann es sehr kühl werden, da man mit der Klimaanlage nicht heizen kann! Das Essen hat eine grosse Auswahl und ist fein, plus sind alle Angestellten sehr freundlich. Allerdings wird nichts erklärt bezüglich Ablauf auf dem Schiff und den Tempel-Touren, finde ich eher mühsam.
Am ersten Tag geschieht eigentlich nichts, dann ist nur Check-in (rechts neben dem McDonalds in Assuan). In der ersten Nacht um ca. 2 Uhr wird abgelegen und wenn man um 06:30 aufsteht ist man bereits beim Kom Ombo Tempel und geht diesen vor dem Frühstück anschauen. Nach dem Mittag ist man beim Edfu Tempel und wer möchte geht diesen besichtigen. Am nächsten Morgen ist man in Luxor, isst Frühstück und checkt aus – That‘s it. Man erlebt also eigentlich nur 1 Tag auf dem Nil. Mir hat es gefallen und der Preis finde ich in Ordnung.

I especially want to say special thanks to their awesome representative Seif Nasr. He helped us organizing our tours from beginning to the end so well and taking care of all the aspects of a fun vacation. He was extremely professional and kind and made our trip hassle free , easy going. He responded our every messages quickly and brought solutions to fix our any problems. We definitely enjoyed full board inclusive delicious food, and taking a ton of photos from your adventures.

Un peccato perché ho perso delle visite che avevo pagato (mi sono state rimborsate), ma più il dispiacere di non essere riuscita a vedere tutto per via dell’organizzazione a volte troppo approssimativa.

Wonderful trip with great cultural stops! Loved the entertainment on the boat and the food was terrific. Everyone is very friendly and the contactperson of Viator makes sure that you know what to expect for the next stop. Sometimes it takes some time but in the end it will all be arranged. Even pick up from the hotel in Aswan to the boat and from the boat to the hotel in Luxor!
