Tour was fine although after booking on line I was rung the following day to be told the tour I’d booked was over subscribed, having to change times wasn’t great with kids involved.

Very poor service for getting on boats won’t do it again. Will ensure others know as well

It was a present for my father and his partner, they are unable to walk very far so this was perfect for them and they got to see vivid Sydney.

I was a little disappointed. The boat was too crowed, it was late, we waited too long in the queue with my elderly parents and son. And I don’t know way you would post Child rates and Adult rates but you still took Adult rate for my son! so next year we will not be cruising with you . Good luck.

What a spectacular event and a marvellous way to see it on-board the very reputable cruise. Purchase and ticketing were easy, all details to find the pick up and drop off wharf were clear. Fantastic experience even in the wet rainy evening and exactly what I was hoping for. I took my mother as previous attempts at walking around Vivid were a bit too much for her. The cruise was ideal, we saw everything except obviously Customs House and the interactive installations. I wouldn’t hesitate doing this again next year with mum.

We missed the cruise. We thought it left from Circular Quay, but it left from Darling Harbor. It was a big disappointment. By the time we realiized we were in the wrong place, it was too late to get over to Darling Harbor. I wish it had been more clear on the itinerary.

Not as good as I expected. Thought we would see more of the vivid lights. A bit disappointing. I thinnk i should investigate the other harbour cruises. One offered a cruise around the islands of the harbour. Wish I had chosen that one.

Saw the lights from Bennalong Restaurant, the bridge and from the cruise boat. All offer great and varied views of the hours long show. The organisers cleverly marshall pedestrians around the ferry terminal so it does not appear as crowded as it really is.p

We are visiting Australia as a family. The harbor cruise with the Vivid light show is a great way to highlight the attractions located around the harbor. Views of the opera house and bridge were amazing. Not sure how they managed to achieve an arc of light across the bay, but it lent to a very awesome experience. Truly well worth the money.

Our first time seeing the VIVID lights and I would highly recommend it. It was an outstanding view – not overly crowded. We took the last cruise of the night and had half price house wine and beer. Breathtakingly lovely.

First time to Vivid, lovely way to see the lights, had a great time. Was able to see all the lights without people getting in the way.

Even though the weather was terrible the cruise was the perfect way to see the lights of vivid. The tour was well organised, we left on time and spent a decent amount of time on the harbour to see everything from all sides.

Boat we went on as it was spacious and clean
The opera house lights were probably the second best thing

A little expensive for what it is- the views were great though. We ended up having fantastic weather for the evening.

12th June 2024. Only downside my friend lost her diamond eternity ring – appreciate if anyone found please return to Captain Cook cruises to contact me. Apart from that Views and aspect were perfect from the harbour for viewing the lights. Ran smoothly and to time .

The beautiful display of lights for sure. Our boat cruised along slowly to give us a great chance at the experience. Staff was courteous and helpful.
