We LOVED our food tour with Marco! It was the perfect way to start our trip. We arrived at 8 a.m. Saturday morning and needed to keep moving for the day. Our guide, Marco was knowledgeable, kind, and fun. Doing this tour first allowed us to spend the day with someone who knew the city well, to get acclimated, and to eat some incredible food. And the food?! Just wow . . . cheeses, charcuterie, pizza, pasta, gelato, wine! Truly amazing. Highly recommend. Thank you, Marco!!

My entire family agrees this was our favorite tour in Rome. Julia was fantastic and we loved the smaller trip setting, only being matched up with another couple (who were the sweetest ladies). The food stops were beyond amazing, the sites and feel for the culture were such a treat to experience. A must do!

Sampling several foods as we stopped along the way to the Trevi Fountain was fun. We enjoyed a delicious sit down lunch followed by gelato & coffee stops.

Amazing experience. One of the highlights of our trip. Simone was a fantastic guide. She was friendly, fun, full of knowledge and a lovely person. Our group was full of great people and the food was next level insane. Highly recommended!!!

The guide was great and the balance of food through the tour was fantastic. I and my party don’t drink alcohol, but we still greatly enjoyed it.

Very detailed tour. A lot of vino and plenty of food. Bring your walking shoes to enjoy the tour and a charged up phone to take pictures of the beautiful scenes and architecture.

This combo foodie / Rome sights tour was great. Come hungry and be prepared to sample a lot of good food. Great insights into Rome food and wine. Tour guide was great, and gave us several suggestions for future dining.

We had a fantastic time on this tour. Andrea is a wonderful guide. He provided details about many of the historical monuments and buildings in the area. The food was yummy, and there was plenty of it! This tour is definitely a great way to get to know the markets and restaurants in the area. We visited the Trevi Fountain and the Fontana dei Quattro Fiumi, both of which are beautiful.

Was a decent tour. Emphasis was on the food tour and just walked by the Pantheon and Trevi fountain. Would have liked more info or time on those.
Debbie_N –
The tour was wonderful. So much good food to enjoy and a great walk to the Trevi and Pantheon. The restaurant we stopped in for lunch was fantastic. The history of the building was so special. I highly recommend this tour

Excellent tour. Tour guide was very knowledgable. Brought us to some fantastic locations to try food and drinks. She was also a great historian on Rome.

Overall a great experience. Started off a bit bumpy as we couldn’t find the guide. He did not hold up a sign and took us to the market to taste some spices. The spice and oil tasting was a bit odd and seemed like something we could do on our own. The market was nice. However after that we went to taste salume and cheese and progressively got better. Saw a few sites didn’t over do the walking and definitely felt like we ate enough food. Would do similar again and recommend to a friend.

The tour itself was fine; the guide Marco was nice and friendly. However I find the tour operator very inflexible and is lack of compassion: I booked this tour for four of us; on the date of the tour our elderly parents were taken unwell so could not join the walking tour. I explained the situation to the tour operator who refused to show any understanding, flexibility or willingness to find any sort of alternative. Very disappointing experience and contrast to all the other friendly and nice Romans I have come across at this trip.

Simone was truly a wonderful guide who was very informative and entertaining! Food was delicious! Would definitely do this tour again!

Marco was our tour guide and he was very personable. He shared insights about the area as we walked. The food stops were amazing. If you book this tour make sure that you show up hungry because there is a lot of food and it is all good.

Simona was such a delight! She was very attentive and accommodating due to heavy rain. We were entertained by her stories and our small group enjoyed every minute! She is one to request for Rome food tour!
