I booked this tour just before leaving for the airport on a Friday afternoon. I was in London on business, but wanted to get something touristy in after a long week! The park was gorgeous and not crowded at all, and tea was wonderful! There was PLENTY of food, so go hungry.

Had a wonderful time learning and soaking in all the beauty and history of Hyde Park and Kensington. Prue was absolutely delightful and very knowledgeable. Her friendly demeanor and incredible knowledge base made the tour even better! Food and tea were lovely! Great way to spend our first day in London!!!

I am very sorry but the experience was ruined by the terrible tour leader that this group had to endure. The group mostly arrived with plenty of time to the meeting place including me and I saw a woman leaning against the phone booth smoking but I didn’t think she was the tour leader. The group waited pass 2pm and finally I approached her and asked her if she was the person. When we finally left and got into the gardens and supposedly tour, things got worse as she had very little idea of any history that she could talk about and so she kept on repeating the same information over and over. The group finally got another tour leader that new her job and things change dramatically but the experience left a bad feeling. The actual tea was very nice. I am sorry my review is negative but I have to be honest. Thank you
