Great time. Easy to see all in a couple of hours or spend the whole day. Get up close with a shuttle and so much more. Restaurant is great as well. Glad we made the trip. Ubered it from uptown Houston.

Cannot skip going to the space center when in Houston. We stayed their almost the full opening hours. You really need 5+ hours to see it all and do the free tour rides.

This was a great experience for my family of 5. We went with a teen, pre-teen and a toddler. We truly enjoyed our time here and recommend you to download the SPC app to reserve your tram tours and enhance your experience in the exhibitions. We love the layout, the staff was very kind and knowledgeable and the exhibitions were eye catching with great detail that draw you in to learn more. My only critique was that they closed the exhibits 20min prior to closing so if you are coming back from a tram tour within the hour of closing, don’t plan to visit any major exhibits you may have missed. Overall, we were there for close to 4 hours and will definitely come back another time.

Get there early and sign up for the tram 1st thing; then sign up for your second tram. They sell out quickly and are both worth the time. Lots of activities to do at the space center.

A fun experience overall, the tram rides were cool but we only did the blue and red trams, turns out the blue covers both and we were a little disappointed. The main building has a good amount of children activities and there are scheduled talks by people who worked in the space program. They have a large gift shop with a lot of cool stuff but I thought the material was made with sandpaper (especially the T-shirts) so I passed on it. As a couple, I wouldn’t visit again but is a reasonably priced tourist attraction.

What a great experience! The video with excerpts from all launches from Mercury thru the Shuttle was a moving experience. The tram rides are a great way to get to see some amazing things, we took the one that gave us a look at the astronaut training center, who knew the robots they are working on are based on the Iron Man suit! All the exhibits were great more than you can see in one day. Finally, seeing the space shuttle and the jet carrier it was on and to be able to enter both vehicles, WOW!

My Director booked the wrong date for the space center and caught her mistake right away. We contacted viator right away to see if we could move our date to Monday the 21st because we didn’t make it to Houston until Saturday night. No response from the company at all.
