The tour guide didn’t talk at all. They are also overcharging for the experience. The NASA space center exhibit is only $30 per adult if you drive yourself but the tour charges $84.99 just for the transportation. They literally drop you off at 11 am. and leave you there until 4:30p.m Also they only offer 1 city tour at 10 a.m. if you miss the tour you are not refunded. The tour guides are rude and uncomprehensive. I recommend you spend your money elsewhere!!!!

Good explanations during the trip. Houston does not have a lot of historical buildings so do it expect a lot of history but the new architecture and the economic activity is reflected in the new Downtown area

Biggest waste of my time! Was booked on 1pm tour….got phone call at 12.15 to be told it was postponed till 2.15. I was told that it will 100% be going ahead as I had traveled quite far and waited 2 hours for the tour. Got a call at 1.55 – 5 mins before departure to be told it was cancelled. Money is still not back in my account. Very disappointed with the communication and the way this was dealt with.

The trip wasn’t long and the bus had experience difficulties and we had to switch buses which made our trip shortened. At first the bus driver didn’t allow time for restroom breaks until we had to wait for another bus to show up. I just felt like I wasted my money and time.

We found this site as it clearly stated we were to “…Expect Climb aboard a distinctive open-air…“Enjoy unobstructed…..”. Perfect for our visiting family. We were very excited to show and see the great City of Houston on a very expensive $39.95 open air double decker city bus tour where we planned the whole day around it. We are and were very displeased with the tour. My family was in from PA and we took them to see historical and cultural delights of Houston on a fun guided panoramic sightseeing tour from a double decker bus! The bus broke down, which happens, but we should have been offered a refund. We were taken in a bus where we couldn’t even see out of the windows, please see pics.
I tried to rectify this by personally reaching out to the company multiple times, but all they offered in return was another complimentary tour due to the following…
