The driver went to the wrong terminal. I called the reservation number who called the drive who called me and she arrived a few minutes later. Only 10 minutes past the scheduled time. We arrived at Heathrow with ample time for our flight.

Our driver Abdul Mohammed Basit was wonderful. We were very concerned about the problems at Heathrow Airport, so we requested an early pick up from the cruise port. When we disembarked he was right there, we didn’t have to search for him! I was so relieved. He got us to the airport with plenty of time to spare. He was very friendly as he pointed out many interesting places along the way. We enjoyed chatting with him during our journey.

What a relief to have a driver and car waiting for us as we disembarked the ship. The driver was an excellent driver and contacted us a couple of times the morning of our disembarkation to reassure us he was ready for our pickup. We saw other passengers who disembarked trying to find some transport as we drove away. We had a tight timeline to catch our flight at Heathrow. This worked out perfectly.

I booked what I thought was a luxury (or at least comfortable) transport from the Southampton cruise port to Heathrow airport for me, my husband, and sister. Our voucher said the driver would meet us outside luggage claim with a sign with my name on it. That did not happen. The driver called me and told me to go to the car park to meet him. I couldn’t find him so I called him back. He said he was by the taxis, so we went and found him there. He was decidedly not pleased to see there were three of us with one large bag and one carry-on each. He had a small Mercedes sedan with a trunk that held only two bags. He said it would not work, there was too much baggage. I asked him what he proposed, since I had clearly indicated that there would be three of us. He managed to squeeze one of the large bags and a carry-on into the upfront passenger seat, requiring that seat to be moved as far back as possible. The three of us crammed into the back seat with our knees up around our chests. Very uncomfortable for the almost hour and a half drive. The driver did not talk to us once until we were almost to the airport, only to verify what terminal we were departing from. It was clear he was in a foul mood the entire way. Between his unfriendly demeanor and our uncomfortable ride, it was not at all the experience I had expected. I would not use this service again.

Our driver arrived early and luckily he parked in the lot and we took our bags to his car bypassing all the long traffic at the port and we even left the port area 5 minutes early. When we were getting close to the airport there was a lot of traffic and he bypassed all that traffic and got us there in record time. Great driver and great service. Will use them again. Thanks again for such great service!!!!!
