PLEASE TIP THESE AMAZING PEOPLE. If you forgot to bring cash, ask them for a Venmo. Charlie (who is a wonderful person and can often be found playing bartender, on top of his other duties) has one! They should post their venmo info on the ship. We live in a digital world, friends.
For my husband and I, this was, hands down, the highlight of our trip to Tahoe. We chose the sunset cruise, and it was a blast. The Captain (Steve, I believe) is super knowledgeable about the area and provides a ton of really interesting narration. He’s hysterical and can be caught driving the boat with his feet from time to time. But not to worry, he is a total pro…almost to the point of showing off. Throughout the cruise, he expertly gets you super close to all the best sights so you can take spectacular pictures. I get motion sickness, but it wasn’t a concern. The ride is super smooth. Don’t hesitate to do this cruise! It’s a total blast!

Wonderful experience. The weather was perfect. There was smoke in the air from wildfires in the vicinity so you couldn’t see as far as normal. The crew were all so great. Friendly and knowledgeable. It is a long walk down the pier to get on the boat, but it’s worth it.

From beginning to end, the cruise was a pleasure. The boat accommodates about 30 passengers and had different levels, as well as indoor/outdoor, for comfortable seating. The captain and his mate made everyone feel welcome and at ease and the captain offered great insights along the way. I would highly recommend the cruise.
