This is a 1 hour croc spotting tour of the Daintree River that is absolutely worth doing. Mark, our boat driver/guide clearly has a passion for the Daintree and the wildlife here. He shared his vast knowledge with us in an entertaining, easy to listen to way. He found crocs of different ages and sizes, tree snakes and birdlife for us that we would never have found without his guidance.

Was brilliant. Wrong time off year however tour guide did his best and stayed out a bit longer and just when I had given up hope he found us a big croc and got right up beside it for pics

The boat trip itself was nice and fu, the captain was friendly, humorous and well versed at what he is as doing. But well we did not come all the way here for a pleasant boat trip. We were there to see crocodiles, especially when the your name has “Daintree river crocodile cruise” in it, and has a real large crocodiles picture on it, we expect to see a crocodiles. Sadly we only saw baby crocodiles (one feet long).
PS.
Even though this is not fault of the operator (crocodiles come out when it is cooler) operator could have set the expectation while booking itself and not at the venue just before boarding.
