Interesting guided tour although a bit fast… but there is so much to see and taking more time would make the visit too heavy. Being with a guide also allows you not to wait before entering and to have a look and really important information that an audio guide does not allow you to have. In addition, the visit ends in the gardens, which allows you to wander around freely afterwards. To know: do not hesitate to bring some cash for the guide if you really liked it. It is a very important job but not paid enough. They have suffered a lot from the crisis… If everyone donates even just €1, that would really help!

I can’t imagine visiting these sites without the help of a tour guide
Maria was phenomenal. Her background in history was evident and really brought to light the history regarding the Palace and the Church. Could you do it by yourself (and cheaper)? Yes. Would you be able to maneuver through both sites and learn as much as we did? Absolutely not. I would highly recommend this tour!

We had a fabulous experience on our tour of the Seville Cathedral, Giralda, and Alcazar. Our guide was informative, and gave us a fast, but not too fast paced tour of all three sites. My husband and I found her English is be excellent, and appreciated that the fact that she was born and raised locally.
We learned so much about Seville itself, but also about Islamic and Catholic tradition, plant life (how to tell a bitter Seville Orange tree leaf), and all about Christopher Columbus’s travels AFTER his death. We highly comes highly recommended and our guide from Nov 25/22 (Linda?) also comes very highly recommended!
