They didn’t even show up. We drove over 2 hours and they didn’t show up, no call no email nothing. When I requested a refund they honoured it but said that they didn’t let us know the tour was cancelled because they lost their phones in the dunes.

We had a 10am booking and they had over booked. We had to wait 90 minutes or go and do sand boarding. The experience was still good once it started. Take water and there are no toilets.

Be sure to book through perthquad directly using their website. Don’t use third party services since the listing was poorly advertised as it showed use of both buggies and quads and then booked us for quads when we wanted the buggies. Disappointed but still had fun

MISLEADING PRICING
Don’t buy from Viator/ Tripadvisor. They put the price with a dollar sign ($) and advertise it as the “lowest price guarantee”, however once purchased, the amount charged from your credit card is in American dollars; dodgy and dishonest. It’s cheaper to buy direct from the service provider.
Regarding the ride, the group was too big (around 25 vehicles). They put solo bikes, double bikes, buggies and smaller bikes all together in one group which makes it very hard to coordinate and control everyone with some people getting lost and holding up the remainder of the group. They should try using smaller groups.
