An absolute cracker of a time! dave is an absolute legend and we learnt so much on the trip not just had a rad time on the ATVs. I myself have never rode ATVs and had a bloody stellar time, everything explained and even was told our crew were good riders. Will be back ❤️❤️

Mitch was very knowledgeable about the island and friendly. Felt very comfortable riding the bikes after the practice track and some questions about changing gears. An awesome day! All 5 of us loved it. (By the end we were ready to hit the open road!!)

We were not enjoying our time on KI but that was completely turned around when we did this tour. Not only was it the most fun and exhilarating thing I’ve done in ages but Dave actually had me interested in the plant life around us. He’s such a great guide and I cannot recommend the sunset tour enough!

We had Mitch guide our tour on the quad bikes. He did a great job teaching us the basics. Even stopped along the way to point our some of the local wildlife and give a bit of an explanation of the effects of the recent bush fires had on the local plants and animals.
We’ll definitely be coming back to KI again one day and do another quad bike tour.

The quad bikes were very clean, well maintained and the terrain is good for kids Who are 8 yr old. This was our first experience and I would say a great memorable one. Kids loved it and I guess every penny spent was with the experience. The host was amazing, Very knowledgeable, patient and safety of all of us was there first priority . I would definitely go back to do the quad bikes experience again.

I was in a group of 3 the other 2 were newly weds and she hadn’t been on a quad bike before so it was a bit of a slow adventure. But when we.had finished our guide took me around the track a bit more but flat out and that was awesome fun. Our guide was very knowledgeable of the area and was very thorough with our training and wouldn’t continue until he was confident that we could handle the quad bikes.

Feeling excited and somewhat apprehensive, because this was our first time on quad bikes, we filled in forms and proceeded to get our helmets, gloves and pre-ride briefing. Hamish our guide gave very clear instructions on how to operate the bike, doing the practice track to start with made us feel comfortable and ready to get out into the bush on the bikes. Following Hamish and watching what to do made it easy. His commentary at places we stopped at was very interesting. The track had various types of terrain to negotiate from rocks, sand, mud and hills to get up and over. We even got to see a bush beehive and a 400 year old Yakka tree that has survived many fires. The experience riding the bikes was so much fun, the bikes were well maintained and Hamish and the team were friendly and professional. We heard about this adventure from friends who had done it and highly recommended we do it to on our visit to Kangaroo Island. We are so glad we did, we’ll be doing it again and encouraging others to do it too.
