The trip to the Muir Woods was very impressive, the 90 minutes are enough to walk the way through. Still, we would have loved to spend more time between the giant trees. The Bay cruise was a treat with great views of the city, the Golden Gate Bridge, the Marin Headlands, Angel Island and Alcatraz.

Audio guides and brochures in the language are advertised: none of this! Forget Italian, all in English and if the driver speaks some good Spanish for you. The audio guides would be there if you downloaded their app and you have the internet connection because on the bus forget that there is Wi-Fi. This for Muir Wood, for the cruise in the bay (any day trip) there are audio guides with registration in many languages including Italian. The pick up at the hotel is good but know that they are excursions on buses with 50/53 seats with passengers of all languages, they are not excursions with small numbers. Sausalito was just passing through to leave who would have taken the ferry so forget a visit dedicated to the delightful location
