We were really looking forward to this tour. Unfortunately, they moved the departure time 45 minutes earlier. There was no way we could make it from our ship in that amount of time. If they hadn’t changed the time we would have been fine. Very bummed out to be out almost $250 for nothing.

This was a great way to spend the day. Matt was an awesome tour guide! Comfortable van, scenic train, the sanctuary was well laid out and fun, and the Chocolaterie was delicious. Ice cream, too! Try the banana caramel!

The puffing billy is a must ride experience. It is the oldest steam train where we can hang two legs outside. It feels like in a Disney scenery. The sanctuary you also get to see lots of must see animals in Australia. The show at the flight arena is awesome.

The time wasn’t what was advertised and consequentially caused us to miss the trip.
They did not return the money even though we cancelled it as soon as we found out the time was different than expected and advertised.

From the website , it stated is pram accessible, in fact the bus have no place for pram.

The puffing billy ride was really worth it, now that they allow you to dangle your legs out of the cabin. The Healesville sanctuary was also wonderful, although the kangaroos and koalas were resting while we were there. The flight arena show was also very cool! Matthew was also very informational and helpful and I really enjoyed the tour with him as the guide.

the Healesville Sanctuary is worth to go. You will see all the Aussie signature animals in it!
Remember to wear windbreaker and thick clothes that keep you warm. So Windy~~~

Children loved the experience of dangling their legs out the side of the train. The view was magnificent and we had fun waving to the cars stopping at the railway traffic light and joggers and children along the railway track.
The view at Emerald Lake Park was awesome and a great spot for picnic to soak in the tranquility of the park. Lastly we stopby the Lakeside Vistir Centre and learned the history of Puffing Billy train.
