Where do I start! We arrived private transportation and we received so much more. We were able to arrange our tour to the pyramids, we also visited a papyrus, fragrance, and jewelry shop. We ended the day with a traditional Egyptian style family dinner during Iftar. We had an AMAZING time. Mohammed was our original point of contact, Omar was our driver for all of our transportation and transfers. Hussein showed us the pyramids. This was such a memorable trip because of the professionalism that was offered.

Excellent service! After a long flight traveling from the USA to Egypt, Mohamed was waiting for us with a sign at the airport and helped us to prepare our documents for the border control and collect our luggage. Very smooth process and highly recommend Mohamed and his excellent assistance. We were then dropped off at the hotel. That evening we took another tour with Mohamed for the sound and light show at the pyramids. The service was excellent. We felt very safe and secure. I would highly recommend this tour and his services to anyone traveling to Egypt.

Having booked transport with a different company when I last visited Cairo a few weeks ago, this trip was noticeably different, the booking system was organised and communication with the operator was very easy and responses were immediate. The vehicle was large, air conditioned and absolutely immaculate! 10/10

The Guide waiting for us at the airport was very professional and on time. We didn’t know the Guide and the Driver were not together. I gave 25% tip and told the driver to share with the Guide but then the Guide let the Driver leave and told me they were not together.

Not only was our guide waiting with a sign for us at the top of the ramp from the plane but he steered us past the long customs lines and processed our passports and visas in a nearby facility. Then out to a spacious van where our driver Omar quickly navigated the chaotic traffic to our hotel 40kms away. We were really impressed.
