Wouldn’t book again. Dropped us at wrong hotel after a 13 hour flight with a toddler. Should have known wasn’t going to go smoothly as at arrivals, the driver had the wrong name displayed so we weren’t greeted and were waiting around, only to find they were next to us when we began to call the operator. Driver had little English.
The good news is, the operator organised another transport from the wrong hotel to the correct one, in a much nice Vehicle with English speaking driver. Appreciated this.
But won’t be using this service again.

We arrived 5am in Singapore but it took 1 hour to get thru baggage claim and custom. We couldn’t find the driver and called the company. They said the driver saw the arrived date on the screen and it shows arrive 4:30 and waited for an hour and left. Strange. I sent an email that we won’t be ready to be picked until 6-7 so I don’t understand why he came early. But the good thing they were able to find someone else to pick us up after we wait for an hour.

I’ve booked airport transport & informed them everything at least few days earlier before my arrival and they noted.
But when I arrived at the airport arrival hall, driver is not there , called not answered , when he finally picked up call, he went to the wrong airport 🙄🙄🙄 after I’ve waited for an hour ++ in the airport , they WhatsApp & told me to take cab instead , & will provide full refund for me through Viator.

The transportation services were prompt and excellence services. It was our first time visiting Singapore and we were greeted by Sam, the pick-up from airport drive. He was friendly and helpful. He was very knowledgeable around Singapore and told us about the city. He should be a tour guide. On our way back to the hotel, we were picked-up from different hotel and there was uneventful. If we come back to Singapore again which we most likely will because we love the city very much, we’ll use this service again. The price for RT transportation was reasonable. It helps to enhance the travel experience to Singapore, I’d definitely recommend this company services.

They never showed up to the airport in time. I had to take a taxi to the hotel after waiting a while. While I was in the taxi half way to the hotel they called me asking where I was. The airport was empty at 5:45am. They certainly didn’t get there when the plane landed like they said they would. They didn’t issue a refund either. Please go with a different company.

The one star awarded is for the driver who collected us at Changi airport, with a return trip already booked and paid for. This is a company who doesn’t answer their emails or telephone calls nor obviously do they respond to VIATOR who I contacted regarding my problem. Unfortunately I assumed they would adhere to my request through VIATOR, they did not, their driver did not turn at at the appointed time. This company needs to lift it’s game, immediately.
