I deducted a star because upon arrival i went to the the meeting point expectinting to see someine holding my name on piece of paper. What i found were so many peoole standing and holding names with everyone but mine and it was kind of chaos. After walking by several times, i finally saw clipboards with companies amd names on them hanging over a railing. I still didnt see my name as people are standing in front of and blocking names. Finally i just called the operator who promptly picked up and met me and pointed out my name on the clipboard on railing. My name is long amd stands out and i didnt see. Other than that, all else went smooth. Agent at airport was nice and driver was professional.
I booked a roundtrip, and driver was very timely to pick up.
So i wouod just say look thoroughly for your name and dont necessarily expect someone to be holding your name. Viator, get your guide and klook areon the railing.

Always great when you fly for 17 hours to a foreign country and somebody nice is waiting for you at the airport. Additionally, the same holds true for leaving on time back to the airport. The services provided were exceptional which included the nice drivers, vans that we drove in, and communications validating arrival and departure times.

If you take this service, make sure to know ahead about which gate they “meet you”. We went to the gate we were told, saw several people sitting there seems managing the pick up. They hang the names on a hence but we did not find ours. After several inquiries, turns out they hung our name inside out. So basically no one can see it. Then they called the driver who was somewhere else. We waited a while. Then ran into the world infamous Bangkok evening traffic. Welcome to Thailand.

We had to call the tour company four times to confirm there was no driver, then to find where the new driver was. Later Viator would not give even a partial refund since the local operator would not give Viator any partial refund.

First let me say I got off the plane and I saw no sign with my name on it so I walked out and ask where could I find my driver theyvtold me to go to entrance 4 and I should see someone with a sign.
I think you all should tell people where to locate the rep I am traveling along and I went into panic mode.
I found the rep he was very nice he took my pictures and I took his. I waited for about 5min and the driver was outside.

Spotted my name almost immediately as I stepped out of the arrival area. Staff was very polite and directed us to one side while he contacted the driver. Driver was very polite, offered bottled drinks and gave us an estimate of ETA to hotel. Services are excellent and fee is reasonable. Would have paid double if I arranged the transfer with the hotel.
