Super activity, the ship’s captains as well as the captain of the ship are very pleasant and answer questions with pleasure. Music, bar and small souvenir shop inside. Glimpse of dolphins and swimming depending on the weather. For information: the Benagil cave is accessible closer with a small boat but be careful, no descent possible because it is not legal to dock with a motor boat inside.

It was an unforgettable afternoon, after an hour’s ride on the pirate boat with an incredibly warm crew, we went into the caves in small boats. After that we were even able to spontaneously see a school of dolphins jumping in the sea, because the crew went extra far with us. We went at the end of October and there was a good swell. So if you are not quite seaworthy, you should expect a queasy stomach afterwards. Nevertheless, an absolute must if you want to take a boat trip along the coast. The good atmosphere on board made the day more than unforgettable. Definitely worth more than 5 stars.

It was a lot of fun! You first go out to sea in the big pirate ship towards the caves, about 1 hour. Then you change to smaller boats on the water. With these you then drive from all caves – very spectacular because you drive into caves that you don’t think fit 🙂 Then you get back on the big ship and drive a bit, can then jump into the water and briefly in the Swim in the sea if you want and then drive back comfortably. There are two toilets on the ship and you can buy something to drink. In the high season it is probably really crowded and there are also small snacks. The guide only spoke English but he answered all questions without exception. We would drive it again. Just some pirate music might be played. That would be more appropriate than first 70’s and then 80’s music. But was ok.
