This is a must when visiting Phnom Penh because of the human impact that the sites will bring out. The travesty that happened across Cambodia during Polpot’s tyrannical reign should be brought out so it does not need to be repeated.
The trip in the bus was comfortable, we weren’t full (this was mid-Jan). You get one complimentary bottle of water which was helpful in the heat.
Room for improvement is on the driver’s punctuality – on each pickup from Tuol Sleng and Cheung Uk, the driver was late for 10 mins and 20 mins respectively. The second one was not acceptable as the bus was just parked and we were waiting for 20 minutes.

This tour was very helpful in combining both the s21 and killing fields without the hassle of finding your own transport. Additionally, there was an informative film played on the bus on the journey from s21 and the killing fields. It did feel a little rushed, however, particularly at s21. This has been commented on by several others before; I’m not sure why they don’t extend the stops at each site by 20ish minutes.

Fantastic day tour of Angkor Wat, and temples. We were collected from our hotel for the sunrise at angkor wat, then our guide took us in the temples, detailed information and friendly guide. Some fantastic temples, we went to ta Prohm, bayon and angkor Thom too. You could spend 3 days here but we wanted to see the highlights as limited on time. Dropped off at hotel after dinner so tour around 8 hours, avoided the mid day heat and crowds too, so perfect for us.
