Happy with the experience. Net, our guide is entertaining and helpful. Food has limited choices but delicious. Downside though was boat was full and has no extra space to move but I still recommend.

The tour very good, the guide was very friendly and fun. They picked us up at the hotel, even though it was not close to the departure pier. The time we were waiting for all passengers to arrive was quiet, there was juice, coffee and some snacks available. Only the bathroom had a queue. The price paid for the tour I thought was worth it and the place is wonderful. The waters are beautiful, and the place for snorkeling is very nice. I did the scuba dive for an extra fee, but I didn’t know I’d have to leave my arm and go in another direction. So those with family have this inconvenience because I didn’t know I was going to a place and my family would stay on the boat, but other than that everything was perfect. Lunch was well served, although the food is typical Asian, and for us Brazilians, it was a little sweet and spicy. It was a nice and smooth ride, the weather was good for sailing and we took a walk on Maya Beach and snorkeled in the corals at the last stop. I recommend the experience. The Diamond company delivered what it promised.

We booked the trip the night before and within five minutes they were in contact to make sure we were ready to go! Cindy was our guide and she was hilarious and just awesome. Everything we saw was so beautiful. We thought it might feel like such a long day, but everything was scheduled so perfectly that the whole day was a breeze. The only downer was how busy everything was, but granted it was New Years Eve and a Saturday. Would definitely recommend trips through this group!

This excursion packed a lot into the day…maybe too much! There were many brief stops and none seemed like long enough! This is a nice excursion if you like snorkeling and taking pictures but not so much for the beach. The final stop at the beach involved walking over sharp sea shells to get to a cordoned off area of beach and water. Our hosts were friendly and they kept us hydrated. The food for lunch was delicious.

Overall this is a good trip, Maya Bay is beautiful, swimming in the lagoon is great, the reef snorkelling is good, the crew and staff are friendly, the boats seem well maintained and safe.
The only thing we thought was the monkey bay experience is quite hectic with an armada of boats all competing for a tiny bit of space and that the final trip to the small island for a drink is not worth it and it would be a better trip without it, therefore getting you home over an hour sooner.
Additional good points are that the buffet lunch is plentiful and a very high quality and that you aren’t pressured to spend more through add ons etc.

We didn’t have food at the restaurant that was included as it was halal only. It is a full day and can be tiring especially for young kids. We had a fantastic time. The crew were very organized and super helpful. The boat was an entertaining and nice way to cool down and the swimming locations were top notch. I would suggest renting the flippers from them or bringing your own as there were a few spots that had sea urchins and someone from a different tour had gotten stung.

Snorkeling was the best part of the trip! The weather is a hit or miss. The day started great and it turned windy and overcast towards the end of the day. That’s something that is out of their control. But overall, it was such an amazing experience!

Everything went really smooth and the weather was perfect. The buffet was good and we got drinks all the time on the boat.
The snorkeling gear they give out is by far the best I’ve every used! Definetly recommend fins if you’re a good swimmer 🙂
