I went on this tour with my husband and we had a fantastic time! Our tour guide Pew was hilarious, kind and very helpful. We saw all the major sites and had a great time! The pick up from the hotel was very timely. It was a long day but a good way to see everything. Also had an hour at Khai island at the end to relax! Don’t be deterred by weather forecasts. It said it was supposed to rain all day but we had sunny, amazing weather

  2. Corinne_F

Really well organised trip. Tick, our captain and guide was funny and knowledgeable, he really wanted everyone to have a good experience. All the sights were stunning but really crowded, but that is not the fault of the guides. Lunch was good and very efficient and the boat was as comfortable as a full speedboat.

  3. Neetu_C

It was a nice exploration of islands and a promising customer service experience.
Picturesque locations, swimming and snorkelling experience.

  4. Leonardo_S

We had a great time island hopping with family and friends. Tour guide Wit was really funny and hilarious.

  5. ibrahim_a

It was good but there were many stops and the boat was crowded, I guess they accepted more people than they can handle. Overall it was good experience hopefully they set a limit to the people onboard. The lunch was not that good as the restaurant was overloaded with people.

Wonderful tour, got the most out of your money, tour guides were amazing. Wonderful views! Highly recommend.

  11. Shi_E

Islands were amazing, the service was perfect, we had ourselves some water/orange juice and fruits throughout the trip. The tour guide was very friendly in explaining the history behind the islands. The only thing that was below average was the “buffet” lunch. Other than that, the whole experience was 10/10.

  12. Marta_S

There was a very heavy rain all day. Trip should be postponed. Some people didnt even leave the brat entire day. I got really sick after entire day in the cold rain.

  13. Robert_N

Arrangements worked well. As a Snorkeling tour we had really little time for Snorkeling and the places to snorkle were not good: The first place after lunch near Phi Phi, where all the boats made waves and the othe (tha last) at the Khai island, which was crowded. Time for the Snorkeling should have had more.
The staff was friendly, food was good.

  17. PL_L

    Sorry, nothing spectacular…
Enjoyed the free flow of soft drinks though.
    Appreciate team of friendly crew.

Great day all around. Like clockwork. Fun friendly staff. Lunch was good. Our whole family loved it.

  19. Alten_W

Nice trip, but boat too full. Operators did a good job too keep everyone happy. Always felt safe and skipper my was in charge.

  20. Jyoti_P

overall whole experience was very nice. I wish they would have provided more time on the Phiphi island (The main highlight of the tour). We barely had time for lunch, no extra time to explore island.
I really wanted to do hike to the viewpoint, which is only less than a mile away, but tour people said we do not have enough time for that.
Other than that, we had great time.
heads up – boat is small and they carry 40+ passengers so it is crowded and wet all the time (from fist island till back to the dock)
Keep in mind – you are going for an experience not for food, food is ok, but experience was good.
we did not get to get out at monkey island, due to extra Croud and not place to dock boat. timing could be organized better with other torus.

The experience itself was awesome. it was a whole day of island hopping with a group of about 40 ppl. It was a long day but totally worth it. Kit and his crew were super kind, knowledgeable and hospitable. they made this tour an amazing experience. the ppl on board were good and followr all the rules. the islands do get crowded, the lunch was not great, the snacks provided were okay. They did have plenty of water/juice/coke to keep us hydrated.
This would have been a 5 star if it weren’t for the communication issues with the operator (oh-hoo/sarah). when i got the confirmation email a month before the excursion i tried calling and messaging this person multiple times with no answer. the viator customer service also tried to contact her with no success. so, i started having doubts about the legitimacy of this purchase. Started thinking that maybe I got ripped off since i cant contact anyone. Then finally at 5pm the day before the excursion they responded back. the reason i was trying to contact them was that it wasnt clear what time we have to be at the lobby. on the ticket it says departure time 7 am and departure point is at the marina so that tells me we are leaving from the marina at 7. but according to her i cannot read and im supposed to understand that its 7 am departure from the hotel. I understand there is a language barrier but to rudely say i didnt read carefully is not necessary. so, it is legit and departure time on your ticket is from your hotel we didn’t leave the marina until 930am.

This was an incredible trip…really can’t wait to come back, the whole trip was well run from start to finish and all the staff were really friendly

The description and photos are not accurate at all of what this day is like! Entirely disorganized, terribly crowded every minute of the day, super stressful and and all around awful trip. Huge waste of money. Staff are friendly but the whole experience is a nightmare that isn’t their fault.
We weren’t notified of pickup time until 5 pm the night before the tour. The van arrived 30 minutes after the pick up time range
Several people in the van, on the boat and at the stops were sick coughing and sneezing while we were trapped in all the crowded spaces with them for an hour and stuck on a boat with them all day.
The tour description says no more than 30 people. There were 40 people plus the crew crammed together on top of each other forced to squeeze into the boat. Some people had to tuck themselves into corners with nowhere to put their legs for an hour and a half trip. And all day, we were part of a massive crowd of hundreds of people from other boats all being shuffled around together.
Snorkeling was a crowd of boats in an area where there was nothing to see. People were getting kicked in the face trying to move in the crowded water. You could see the fuel from the boats on the surface of the water. Not appealing to swim in. The snorkeling and swimming is merely an hour of the day. A lot of people decided not to go in when seeing the conditions and those who got in the water got out after 20 minutes because conditions were so bad.
There were three monkeys and probably a hundred tourists on a tiny beach. People were throwing food at them, chasing them and throwing garbage on the tiny beach.
The Viking cave was not a visit. You cannot do anything. It’s a drive by with a dozen other boats and looks like a construction site.
The beaches were covered in litter and crowded. There was nowhere to walk and you can’t even sit down without paying.
The beach and boardwalk that make up the national park were body to body with people. There was a massive line to be shuffled in and onto the beach and then a long line and 15 minute delay waiting to get back on the boat.
The lunch was a huge crowded cafeteria with boiled pasta, marinara sauce and fried lettuce. The bathrooms during lunch were minimal and many stalls were ruined by people putting garbage in the toilets.
On the last Island, you are trapped on a tiny island entirely covered in shops. You cannot do anything there without paying extra. You cannot sit down without paying for a chair and the area is too small to walk the beach. They also charged 20BHT just for bathroom use there.
People were smoking everywhere all day. Between that and the strong gasoline fumes from dozens of boats packed in the same areas all day, it was nauseating and not one bit peaceful.
This tour is a disaster of unorganized logistics all day long. After arriving back at the marina, hundreds of people were crammed together looking for unmarked vans. We waited in our van for 40 minutes before all passengers were found and we could start the hour long ride back to hotels.

pick up was on time – free unexpected breakfast at marine as we waited for everyone to arrive – very friendly and fun guide – nice boat – tour to each island was well organized given how very busy each place was with the many tour boats and people. This tour is recommended by us. Also VIATOR has been wonderful to deal with and easy to reach out to. They respond to all our inquires in a timely and efficient manner.

It was one of the worst days of my life! An eight-hour nightmare that could have been avoided. I must say that the staff who accompanied us on the boat were kind and helpful and I am sure it was not their fault. The day starts in a sorting center where the groups are divided up and there is a buffet and a shop. The boats are comfortable and hold about 40 people. The main attraction is Maya Bay but we start first with snorkeling in an area where there is nothing much and it is full of boats. Then you spend an hour on an island eating (a buffet of rice, noodles, sauce, vegetables, and fried chicken), you can relax but the sea is full of plastic in that area. The stop at Monkey Beach and Viking Cave is just a quick pass with the boat where you can’t see anything. We set off on a third leg where we swim among hundreds more boats before arriving at the end at the famous Maya Beach where we stay for 40 minutes. The last stop, an hour or so away, is an island where at every corner there is someone trying to sell you something and if you want to go for a swim the beach is full of corals and if you are not careful you risk catching a sea urchin right in the middle of your foot because it is full of them right up to the shore (and no one warns you about this)! Eventually, we leave after 8 hours of hell. Throughout the day fortunately they continually provide drinks and fruit at the end but I would really advise against this tour even to my worst enemy!

  26. Joe_M

Great day out, the whole day went off without a hitch. The snorkelling allowed us to see loads of different kinds of fish. Good lunch involved.

  27. Glenville_M

Maya bay was beautiful, really enjoyed the views and the ocean and also managed to get awesome pics from there

  28. Shannon_S

This experience would have been great if they didn’t pack you like sardines in the boat. There was no room to relax and people were climbing on top of us constantly to take selfies for HOURS. It was difficult to get in and out of the boat because you had to wait in a long queue every time.
The staff were great hosting the tour and they made it fun. We liked the stop at the islands for lunch/snacks.
If they booked the boat at maybe 75% capacity instead of 100, it might have been a more enjoyable experience.

  29. Iulian_M

Great tour! Friendly guide! Please be aware that you have an additional 400 baht once you get there in the morning for the National park fee. I don’t know why not just include it as part of the tour price from the beginning?

  30. Stefano_P

We booked the trip to Phi Phi Don, Phi Phi Lay, Khai Nok and Khai Nui but they didn’t bring us to Khai Nok and Khai Nui although these were included in the plan. My friend was already in Phi Phi Don, Phi Phi Lay, so nothing new for him. We could have done another trip if we knew in advance.
I then understood they merged us together with another group going to Phiphi only. I understand this may have been more cost effective for the company as their costs may have been reduced and people squeezed into a unique group but I felt deceived as a client.
We raised this before leaving but no solution. They found the excuse the places included in our trip were too crowded. That was however not true. In order to bring us to “not crowded places” we made a final stop in the island of the di caprio movie, that was indeed packed with people.
After lunch there was a 45 minute pause for snorkeling but I didn’t feel jumping into the water right after lunch.
A positive note was we could still see a lot in the surrounding islands but the above attitude was not fair at all. I don’t like to feel cheated.

An incredible tour! Very well organised, our tour guides were hilarious and very attentive. The views and snorkeling were spectacular. A brilliant day trip and great value for money!
