The play was AWESOME. I had never seen Phantom of the Opera and I am glad I booked this to see it for the first time in London. Dinner at Prezzos was great. Due to traffic we missed our 6:00 p.m. scheduled time for dinner but they allowed us to come over after the play right across the street that started at 7:30 and was over by 10:00/ You won’t be disappointed if you book this item.My God daughter and I had a great time.

The theatre has no air conditioning and was warm. There are posts in the way making it difficult for viewing the whole stage. The tiered seating isn’t tiered enough and A booster seat wasn’t enough to help me see. And if you sit back too far in the lower level you can’t see the upper level of the stage so you will miss seeing the Phantom hiding at the top and some other top scenes. The bathrooms were dirty and lady at lobby gift shop with long dark hair was rude when I asked about a magnet. The play was great And really loved the chandelier effects
