I reviewed Eiffel Tower tours extensively prior to booking. Things you need to know and will see if you read the reviews: You are paying for access and organization. That is exactly what you get. They made the whole experience stress free. This really isn’t a “guided tour” like you would get at a museum. Do not expect conversations about history or details of construction or anything like that. There simply is no way around the waiting. It is a tower with a limited number of elevators and it is one of the most popular attractions worldwide. You are going to have to wait. Inevitably some entitled people show up that think they shouldn’t have to wait, but surprise they do. I think it was listed as two hours. It definitely took longer than that for us to get from the meeting spot, up to the summit, and back down; and we didn’t linger excessively. I would recommend allowing 3-4 hours for this if you want to get drinks and souvenir shop. I got what I wanted and was very happy.

Meeting point system worked very well and was easy to follow. Guide was informative, friendly, chatted to all members of the group and happy to meet each person’s needs. Best pics from second level, top level is great but not recommended if you do not like heights. Best to try for an early timeslot before it gets super busy.

Guides Pepe and Moni met us and identified us at the scheduled time. Afterwards, the groups were divided into English and Spanish. The group in Spanish is smaller than the one in English. Moni accompanied the group in Spanish and was super attentive and concerned about everyone in the group. On the scheduled day, the tower was 1h15 late to open, and the guides were always informing us of the situation. The visit begins on the second floor, where the main points are shown and a bit of the history of the tower is told. I recommend!
