Driver refused to pick up from the house ,we had to pull 4 heavy bags down a 100 metre driveway,He then told us to sit across the backseat where we were squashed in like sardines, the ride to Proserpine airport was Pretty rough( as in I think you need to invest in some new shock absorbers because we felt every single bump in the back )… sorry to say we won’t be using this company again 😳
