There were quite a few Galapagos sharks swimming around. They weren’t aggressive at all and swam around the cage, which was a great opportunity to take pictures! I would recommend getting a waterproof case for your phone and filming. It’s difficult to do, but they offer filming services, which you can purchase separately ($75), but make sure you tell the crew in advance or they won’t film you. It was an amazing experience! I highly recommend it!

An amazing experience! Both Braden and Mike were knowledgeable and great captains of the boat. We felt safe and had an amazing experience underwater looking at the sharks swimming around us. We were able to spot a pod of dolphins which on its own was an experience. I highly recommend this to everyone visiting Oahu. North Shore Shark Adventures is a must on the list!

You WILL see sharks and lots of them! We had 10-12 sharks around the cage. The crew made us feel super comfortable and safe. A few things to be aware of: have a few times you might be able to go as the weather can cause cancellations and you don’t want to miss this. Also, you might get seasick, a few people on our boat did but the crew was very kind and helpful to them. This is one of the coolest most unique experiences on the island. It is surreal to be surrounded by sharks. If you’re on the fence, just book it, you won’t regret it!!
