Easy payout system, i found some offers that were not available on other websites. Only one mention, for the Vesuvius ticket, my booking also had a guide included in the tour, but we actually only had a driver, the tour was not guided. Not a very big problem for me personally, but i am guessing that other people may want a guide to be available.
Other than this, everything was perfect.

Der Vesuv ist wunderschön, Transfer war In Ordnung, Guide sehr nett.
Am Parkplatz oben totales Chaos, Wartezeiten katastrophale Toiletten. Der Veranstalter könnte sich vor Ort einsetzen um die Zustände zu verbessern.
Man wird vor Ort in Pompeji nur auf den Audioguide und den schriftlichen Führer von Pompeji hingewiesen (kostenpflichtig), nicht auf die kostenlose Online Version.
Allgemein eine Touristenabfertigung halt.

The time up Vesuvius was amazing but we only got 1.40 minutes in total which was not enough time to do both guided parts up there. We were being picked up from Naples and had to be there for 9.05 for a 9.20 departure. The driver did not turn up to collect us till nearly 9.25 so we thought we had been forgotten. We were then driven all the way to Pompei to pick up more people and then back to Vesuvius. So instead of starting our climb of Vesuvius by about 9.50am, we didn’t actually start until 10.55. A whole hour later, and a whole hour hotter. If we had got the transfer bus from the circumvesuviana station as offered by other tours, we would have gone straight there and had a whole two hours before having to return so would have had more time to do the second guide – which aas included in out ticket but for which there was no time.

It was a small group and the pickup was on time.
There was enough time to climb Vesuvius and back to the drop off point…all went smoothly and would definitely recommend headout, it was my first time booking but definitely not my last!
