The boat was uncomfortable and over-packed, the breakfast awful, but boy did we see what we came for! We saw several dolphins swimming next to the boat and after 7 hours of searching we saw a fin whale, which we followed until it breached completely out of the water – the guides said it was the first time they had seen a whale breach in 1.5 years.

we’ve been a bit unlucky at first because we hardly saw anything during the first hours but the crew made sure that we went home with something. There were many dolphins, a fin whale and a very rare whale shark so we were all cheered up!
Also, we were cuddled with breakfast and fresh fruits throughout the trip.

Unfortunately we were not so lucky and only saw 2 whales. But that was due to the weather and the troubled sea. Due to the violent waves, you couldn’t see much and many guests became seasick. However, the crew was very hard working and committed. Absolutely recommended with less wind.
