A bit of a tourist trap really. It didn’t feel overly authentic. However we did get to see 5 or 6 alligators and Hubby was very impressed with the show after. Our guide didn’t say much at all- which was a bit of a disappointment- as others on other boats said their guide was really chatty and informative. He seemed grumpy as he thought someone was vaping- I think it was actually someone spraying repellent! My husband cut his head really badly on the inner roof of the boat and the guide didn’t seem slightly bothered and certainly didn’t care.

The Everglades do really deserves all the hype, they are really a beautiful and huge ecosystem!!
The airboat tour is really exciting and you get to experience nature first hand!
The alligator show is a bit odd and I felt bad for the animals, and you really don’t get time on your own which is a bit of a shame.
The overall bus and tour operator organization is really low, we almost fought for the seat on the bus and the bus itself was kind junky.
Lastly, where did my money go? Maybe it’s an American problem but 50$ per person and the airboat guide was not paid and needed a tip, same for the guy with the alligator show and lastly also the bus driver demanded tips.
Exactly then for what did I pay?

This was a really fun activity with my daughter. The only issues we had was very vague directions regarding ticketing, pick up and logistics while at the park. We were notified of the pick up location but not exactly what we were being picked up in. It would have been helpful to say we would be picked up by “A Big Bus Tour bus” at this exact time:/location . Additionally at the event no one knows where we supposed to be . We could not hear or understand the announcements, our tour operator was no where in sight and no one in our group knew where we supposed to be. It was very confusing
