Good experience, punctual departures, friendly treatment of the driver who in this case was also a guide because the guide did not show up. Drivers ask for tips. The place of arrival is perfect because it is close to the bay. To get to the public beaches you have to walk quite a bit.

In the top ! Long journey (4h one way and 4h return). The air conditioning of the bus was normal, less cold than in the Miami Metrorail for example. And the tips of $5 per person as stated in other reviews is not mandatory, just “really really really appreciate” as the driver told us. I recommend this activity.

I’ve really enjoyed this tour, despite my activity being cancelled very last minute due to the weather, if I had known, I’d have organized my trip differently. Besides that, Key West is a lovely place, so I highly recommend to go. If you can’t go parasailing or snorkeling, the Trolley is a nice way to visit the island and to stop wherever you want to. Besides that, the trip was very well organized BUT the AC was far too cold, I’ve mentioned it, but it was not switched off, unfortunately. I felt extremely cold despite wearing a pullover. So take an extra bag with socks, trousers, shoes and jumper + scarf as it was way below 15 degrees C. As for the tips, it was written on the board in the bus and mentioned several times by the driver, but this is how the US works, so I think when there, one must play along although I think the price is high enough already.
