Amazing experience. We bought the combo (bus tour + cruise boat) which is a much cheaper option.
You will enjoy crossing the streets of Miami and discovering all its colourful and iconic neighbourhoods: little Havana, downtown, Miami Beach, and the marina.
Don’t forget your sun cream and shades/hate. It gets really hot especially on the bus stops. Many have lost their hats during the fast drive on the express, so hold tight to your belongings on these routes.
Kiosks at the marina offer refreshments before boarding the boat, which is ideal as the bus tour can leave you dehydrated.

The tour was really great. Because it is September there was a lot of space on the bus so I could sit at the top and had a great view of the city, beware of the sun though an pack enough sunscreen. You get free headphones to listen to the tour guide throughout the tour. Whenever you wanted to get off at a stop to look around the area you could get back on a later bus to see the rest of Miami. The boat tour was also very great because you not only got to see the millionaires houses but also Miami and Miami Beach from a different angle. I would defiantly recommend this tour especially if it’s your first time in Miami to get to know the different places the city has to offer.

Bus experience was not good nor what I expected. The bus tour I paid for was not a hop on/hop off tour but this was. Driver never told me (& 4 others) that we needed the ear buds to listen to the narration and the stops. When I did get the earbuds and plug it in, there was all music and no narration. Driver said to move to another seat. So, I missed the first 45 minutes of narration. She was not the friendliest driver and seemed annoyed by my questions.
The boat tour was excellent!! Loved it!! Very informative and a great cruise.
Because of the miscommunication on the bus, I could only rate ‘good’ but leaning towards the ‘average’ rating. I did not get my full money’s worth of this excursion. Bus tour not good but boat tour was wonderful!!
