This was overall one of the best experiences we had on our trip but was made a bit less because of the misleading information when you book the tour. We were under the impression that it included entry to the hidden beach but were told on the boat that it did not. That is a separate item you have to purchase. The whole process to discover that option and then purchase it is very confusing and again, the
All-Inclusive Snorkeling Tour to the Marietas Islands option makes it seem like that is included in the tour.

I wish the person answering our inquiries about the meeting place to board the ship before the tour could have been nicer – the tour web page and the email are giving us conflicting information, and we NEVER received a final confirmation on the boarding location.

This tour was amazing. Staff was so attentive and on top of everything. We never went empty handed with drinks, and the hike to the waterfall was amazing. The town of Yelapa was so cool to see as its a good presentation of what you don’t see at resorts. The lady that did the pictures got great pics and I highly recommend purchasing them!

We were having a great time until we got to our first stop. The crew told us the bathrooms would be closed for an hour during our stop. I thought nothing of it until I watched poo- stained toilet paper float from under the boat into the ocean. A crew member noticed it, too and quickly sprayed it with water to sink it into the ocean. Then I watched with horror as a woman jumped off the boat into the same spot where the toilet paper was slowly drifting away. I was disgusted! No wonder the crew pushes drinks on you every 10 minutes- they hope that you’re too drunk to notice that you’re swimming in your own filth.

Had a great time on this trip. From the pick up to drop off everything was as advertised. Boat was large, not overly crowded and very comfortable. Yelepa was beautiful and the water sports were fun. One major call out was the exceptional service of the crew. Moment we got on the boat we had breakfast served (fruit and pastries) and cocktails. Lunch was a full plate of fajitas. The crew made sure always had whatever we needed and were super friendly. By the end of the trip we had made friends with many passengers. My only recommendation to the team would be to spend a bit more time at both locations if ever possible. 10/10 would recommend.
