This company is not worthy of a review. Aside from meeting in an alleyway
To get the bus, the mass confusion of where to go and the lack of leaving
Time for travelers to enjoy the town on your own (15 minutes) the tour guides
We’re too focused on matters not dealing with the tour itself.

We visited in Avila the Cathedral,Basílica, Church of St Teresa where she was born. After an hour of lunch break where tapas and drink was part of our package. To our surprise we could choose any drink from hot chocolate to wine or beer. You can order more food if you like but we chose to spend the time exploring on our own. After lunch we moved on to Segovia where we went to Cathedral, Alcazar and aqueduct. Enough time was given to take photos and walk around the souvenir shops.
Our tour guide Rafael was the best! Entertaining as well as informative, we broke into smaller groups with thus could easily follow our guide and ask questions when needed. His English is clear. In the bus you get to hear both Spanish and English but actual tour only in English which we really appreciated.

This tour gives a good overview of Avila and Segovia! We went to all the main tourist spots such as the basilica in Avila and the aqueduct in Segovia. There were times we wanted to stay longer at a place but the tour group was moving so we felt like we couldn’t stop. This is a downside of almost all guided tours. The pace is fast since there are so many places to see in a limited amount of time (plus transportation time). If you are someone who wants to see the main sights in each city, then I would recommend this tour. If you’re someone who really likes to take their time when sightseeing, perhaps an independent trip would be better.
Cristina, our tour guide, was very knowledgeable, funny, and personable. She communicated clearly with us about where to go, where to meet, when to meet, etc. I felt the organization and execution of the tour was good for the amount of sights we fit in in one day.
