The bus ride from Como to Lugano was quick and gorgeous. Wish we would have been given better instructions on where to eat/shop in Lugano. Once on Ferry from Bellagio (stunning) back to Como, our guide just barely mentioned information about each of the cities the ferry stopped at (there were about 9). I mean, of course it was interesting to see where George Clooney has his Villa, but I think we wanted to know more about each town…population, names, trade, famous activities there…Julia took our headphones 4 cities from the end, and got off the boat one stop before us, so we felt like she gave up at the end. Luckily, we all had internet and were able to find out information on our own.
Such a beautiful ferry ride. Clean facilities. My suggestion would be to prepare ahead of time, so that as the ferry does it’s regular run, you can be informed on your own on what’s ahead.

Didn’t learn anything new, which tours are usually all about. We went to same places we went the day before for way cheaper !!!!and we had to spend 2 hours out of our day to get to lake Como town. After that We just rode a bus to Lugano and Menaggio and we got dropped off by ferret at Bellagio and our trip was over at that point. I could pay $5 for bus and ferry for the day instead of $105

Great views! The tour started by going to Lugano, I wish we had a bit more time there. I did some luxury shopping while there and was told I’d get a VAT refund but that I’d need to get it stamped by Swiss customs. The store told me the tour would stop to get the stamp but they did not. So just be mindful if you buy anything with a VAT refund. Enjoyed the ferry ride back to Como from Bellagio.

Andrea was an excellent tour guide! We enjoyed learning about various aspects of Switzerland and Lake Como. The day was very long, but he made it enjoyable! He even helped make sure my friend and I got back to Bellagio where we were actually staying by looking up ferry times and purchasing a ticket in advance for us. We even got a great dinner rec in bellagio! We had ample free time in Lugano and Bellagio, and it was cool to see all the famous sites on the lake.

Going to Lugano and Bellagio were a tremendous delight. Unfortunately the ferry ride home was in the dark so we could not see many of the sights along the way. Day light saving time had just changed the night before so it was dark after a half hour into the ferry trip.

Lugano was exceptional, beautiful.. also who ever drove that bus was a really great driver, nicely done. If anything too little time at each place. Bellagio, as pretty as it is it was a mad house and at least the place we ate at was the worst experience ever in Italy for me.. but not the fault of the tout. Overall I am glad we did the tour. It opened our eyes to Switzerland, a beautiful place.. stefani was very knowledgeable and a good tour guide.

Pleasant day trip from Como. Short bus ride to Lugano and then again to Lake Como. Stefano was a fabulous guide and made sure we were well oriented before our free time in Lugano and Bellagio. The boat trip back to Como was relaxing and Stefano provided audio headsets for a captivating narrative about the villages, villas, and history of the lake. You could do Lugano or Bellagio yourself but packing them together in one trip would be very challenging and you’d miss out on Stefano,
so well worth it!

The trip to Lugano was nice but it was basically bus transportation. There wasn’t much information about the area, it was just a bus ride. We then took a 10 minute ferry ride and that was the ‘boat excursion’. I enjoyed Lugano but the tour wasn’t really as described. I also reached out to get customer service to get details on the tour and they told me it was full after I had a confirmation number and paid for the tour. I asked for details about the tour and was told that it includes a bus and walking tour and a boat excursion. Those aren’t exactly details and I was initially under the impression that it was cancelled because they told me it was full. I had a good day overall but I wouldn’t do that tour again or recommend it.
