Very impressed with this tour operator. They were among the most professional I’ve seen. Extremely organized, on time, and hard working. The sailing was good, although we did not have the best of days with quite a bit of wind. The food was really excellent and the crew very hard working. Service was excellent. Can’t say anything negative about the experience other than the weather wasn’t perfect that day.

Top notch operations! Capt Bruno and crew were amazing! Not a crazy booze cruise but relaxing sail with whales, jumping manarays and seals on the welcome in to the marina. Nice swim in st santa maria bay. Appetizers and lunch were good.

We have used Viator several times in Mexico and are never disappointed in our experience! The sailing is wonderful, the crew is exceptional. From the time of pick up at our villa ~ to the drop off it is an A+ experience.

Boat was great – nice with only 16 passengers. Jesús took good care of us. Only was “sailing” for 5 minutes – mostly used engine but it was 9 miles each way to Chileno Bay and back so needed it. Snorkeling spot was awesome – major schools of fish everywhere. When there was a small issue, Yesenia at HQ kindly took care of it.

The getting their transportation was great and timely. The check-in area was clean and nicely done. Check in with easy and seamless. Our captain took us to the ship which was beautiful. Sailing was great, the food they served was very good and plenty. Estefan walks around the ship. Many times to make sure everyone has what they wanted. The area they took us to for swimming and snorkeling it was perfect. We saw whales on the way back.
Things to improve, includes life jacket that would fit an eight and five year-old. They’re only adult size life jackets. there’s no point to coming back to the shore, an hour early when our transportation was running behind. If these things were improved, my experience would be amazing. I’ve done three of these in Cancun, Honolulu, Maui, this was very mediocre compared to the how are you one with service, food, ceiling experience.

We did this cruise 3 years ago and it was amazing, so when we came back to Cabo with friends this year we told them we must do it. This was such a disappointment from the start. We were hoping for a great photo to remember our trip like we got last time, but their photographer did not make it to work before the boat had to leave. The snorkel location we went to last time was too busy so we had to go to another spot that just was not as good because it was rougher water and less fish. The crew was rude when we asked why they would not give us each a lunch and said we had to share. This might have worked for some people, but we knew better since we came last time and did not have to share meals. Our group was 7 people and only had 3 meals which was ridiculous for $139 per person “all inclusive.” When the trip was over, the crew had the nerve to ask for a tip. The first time we went the crew never asked for a tip and only wanted us to take the time to write a review for them which we gladly did. Unfortunately, we will not be doing this excursion again in the future. It made us really appreciate the great crew we had the first time!

The captain was great. The boat ride was terrific. The pick up at the hotel was on time. However when I pay $278 for this kind of an excursion, and Mario acts like I can’t get a drink -then there’s a problem. I did not expect this to be a booze cruise. But I did expect when I ask for 2mimosas to get 2mimosas. Hell I couldn’t even get a second glass of water after I spilled the first. Lovely time on the water but they really don’t take you to the arch, lands end or sea lion colony. Sea lions viewed from about a quarter mile away. Nice ride but a little overpriced. Lunch and snack good. They definitely made their money with being stingy on drinks though.

It was a great trip with small group as advertised. The staff was amazing and they even had a photographer onboard that took amazing photos. Most of the trip was done by motor as it was very windy but we did get to take a short sail at the end of our cruise. We had a wonderful time and will definitely be doing it again!
