The day was wonderful very knowledgeable & calm guide-Shane. Amazing tour -part of our beautiful country. The swim was beautiful. Fantastic!!

  2. Luba_P

The swimming holes and waterfalls were spectacular- would have liked to stay at one spot for longer rather than stop at 2

  3. Michel_H

Good one day trip from Darwin. Stopped at a number of rather excellent waterfalls. Didn’t feel too rushed. Arrangements such as pickups and drop-offs and lunch were very well organised. Tour guide Shane gave enough but not continuous commentary. Online bookings was easy and worked.

Enjoyed every part of this tour, the tour guide is quite informative, enthusiastic and very kind.
The only part I didn’t enjoy was during the booking period where the lady at the admin was very rude when I was confirming my booking details. She said there is now only 1 pick up location being the Mantra hotel in the city (though it didn’t state this online), yet people were getting picked up from other locations. So she not only clearly lied to me over the phone but also had a bad attitude about it all. I would have rated this experience all stars if it wasn’t for her rudeness.

    Comfortable coach
Very experienced knowledgeable and friendly driver
Plenty of very cold water offered
Lunch was just ok. The staff in the cafe were unfriendly and virtually pushed us out before we had finished
Disappointed that we were unable to have a swim as the stairs to the one pool offered were not able to be managed by either of us
The Termite nests were fascinating as was the Barramundi Farm

Viator gave us incorrect pickup times for the hotels so the trip went without us. There were no contact details to message either the tour operators or Viator. Never trust Viator to book your travel arrangements. Do it yourself.

  7. Rob_G

Very little. An overpriced experience I would rather forget. Tour guide lacked accurate knowledge and failed to point out many obvious points of interest.

  8. Sara_M

Swimming under the waterfall was a lovely experience but the organisation of the tour was a shambles.

  9. Laura_S

We enjoyed the trip! It was well planned. The tour guide was very nice. We could swim in one pool! That was great. The food was also very good!

  10. Bernadette_K

This tour is really good. Litchfield Park has some beautiful waterfalls just a pity we didn’t get to swim at Wangi Falls due to Crocodile sightings.

  11. Doz_W

Graham the driver was excellent, wonderful experience, learning more about our beautiful country. Meeting fellow travellers is just the best, sharing stories.

  12. elizabeth_d

The swimming in the ponds at the falls and the information given
Well run and pleasant tour with good guide

Wangi Falls was a standout location. Waterfalls….. gorgeous rock formations and a huge swimming area. The most amazing place to swim that I’ve ever visited.
The rest of Litchfield was equally fascinating. Wonderful places to swim and wander. The giant termite mounds were also fascinating.

  14. Sylvia_S

We went to the waterfalls and termite mounds. There was plenty of time to swim at the falls. The bats at Wangi Falls were a wonderful highlight. The guides were fantastic. Highly recommend this tour.

  15. Meenu_M

Very rushed tour. Operator gave very little time to take photos, soak surrounds or swim or freshen up at most stos

  16. Annette_B

The tour guide/driver was very good but that was about it. We paid a lot of money to see three waterfalls and eat a very poor lunch. I mean a couple of slices of ham and silverside with some less than impressive salads which the bowls weren’t refilled when empty as we were on the end of the line so very little to choose from. The woman that did the lunch was not at all friendly and gave the impression she could wait for us to be gone
It could have been so much more but it wasn’t. I would not recommend this tour to anyone unless it is given an overhaul

Anthony was a great guide – friendly, knowledgeable, efficient at herding cats. The sites were outstanding. A very good day and thank you!

  18. pauline_p

Interesting day with informative guide. Comfortable transport.
Lunch very average for the cost of the trip.
Very disappointing that we could not go swimming because of it being wet season.
You should be informing people who have booked about this.
The main reason we booked it was because of you advertising swimming in rock pools.
Quite an expensive day for what we got!

  19. Vicki_N

The waterfalls were the highlight for me but I was very disappointed not to be able to swim, as was offered in the brochures I read. Our tour guide/driver was excellent and made the day much more enjoyable (Rox).

  20. Ronald_O

    Florence Falls was great
    Nice place fora swim
    The guide driver was good
    Very knowledgeable about the park

    This was perhaps my favorite day of my trip. Cameron is an excellent guide who provided great narration. It was great that he’d provide us with all the background during the drives between stops, but then let us explore on our own. The day goes by at a good pace because of the multiple stops, each one providing incredible views. For those complaining about not being able to swim, that is up to the park management and crocodiles (which do unfortunately make their way inland, causing them to occasionally close swimming sites); the tour guides/companies have no control over the government or nature (;
If you can secure Cam as your guide, this may be one of your best park tours.
