It was a fantastic first time experience for my wife and I. Ryan was awesome out there, only 22 but you could see a lifetime of experience in his performance. We were lucky enough to see about 50 dolphins coming within 5 metres of our kayaks and rarely you would see a whale that close to shore, but we did spot a whale fin about 25 metres away. A sight to behold.
Would definitely recommend to anyone. It can get a little tyring but well worth it

There was a large pod swimming near our group. We were able to see almost 30 dolphins swim right past us. It was a great experience.
I was traveling alone and was paired with the guide Gethin. It was his first day but it felt like he’d been doing it a while. Very good tour.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Customer service was absolutely astonishing. Booked for a group of 6 girls flying interstate & our flight had gotten delayed. We called in advance to advise the tour guide of our situation as it was out of our control. at first they didn’t want to accommodate to a reschedule. Once they did, they offered only 1 slot which didn’t fit our itinerary as we were leaving in 3 days. We tried to make it there on time coming from a distant accommodation out of town. We were arriving 7 mins late and called the tour guide in advance to let them know. They advised they would not wait for us and would not refund us the money.
Couldn’t wait 7 minutes but were happy to take $500+ off our group. Absolutely astonishing

We did see dolphins and did kayak. However, there were about 15 kayaks out and limited instructions out in the ocean as we could not hear the guide. The first 30 minutes we were not sure what was going on. We just moved from place to place with the guide and everyone was confused. We saw dolphins after 1.5 hours. They were great! But then we had to vigorously get back and were very far from the group needing rescue. We are both fit (23 years old), and we struggled hard! You should be pretty fit if you are considering it. Or the tour should have different group times for various abilities, or simply take a smaller group.

Great group of instructors, very knowledgeable about the local area and dolphins, kept belongings safe/locked away when we were out at sea. Saw several dolphins. We kept a respectful distance, but they came fairly close. Had a fab time and would thoroughly recommend.

The tour was really great! The staff was extremely professional and helpful. We didn’t see dolphins in our trip and they offered a free session which we can use at any time. We went back the next day and saw them really close up and enjoyed some introduction to surf skiing.
It is a great activity and would recommend!

We saw so many dolphins and surfing the waves was so thrilling! The team that took us out were amazing at keeping us safe, whilst also looking out for dolphins. The only thing I am slightly disappointed with was that I was not in any of the pictures they took. However that was a free little add on so not a really big deal. I will always have the memories and it was an incredible experience nonetheless!
