Amazing!! Great team running the show, with a great tour. You feel like a celebrity with many people waving at you and taking pictures. So much fun driving around in a cart and seeing beautiful and busy parts of Japan! Must have experience! Just be on time and be respectful of others when you’re visiting someone’s home.

We were absolutely gutted! Disappointment was an understatement! We arrived in Tokyo really looking forward to this experience. When we arrived (which was a long way from our Hotel) and asked if we were driving, we had to supply a ‘Hard Copy’ of our IDP, ‘Hard Copy’ of our drivers licence and present our Passport. No where in the correspondence was this expressed. So our hearts were broken when we were refused to drive, and no offer for a refund. So stuck in the middle of no-where, no empathy from the tour operator. So you can see why this was so disappointing!

My husband and I (honeymoon) went on the carts during our time in Tokyo. It was well worth it and I couldn’t recommend it higher! Some tips:
– it’s easy to find the location and access via train, you will need google maps through
– you need to bring your drivers license, international drivers permit (we got ours from RAC) and your passport
– if you’re going in winter make sure you wear a warm jacket underneath your onesie
Have the best time! It was definitely the highlight of our Tokyo stop!

They about 38 minutes train ride from downtown Tokyo (at least for me.) They do provided costume at no extra cost and lockers.

Worst customer service. Very unprofessional. When talking with the lady at the front desk, she never once looked up from her phone to speak to me. She didn’t care whether or not my husband and I did the tour – despite it being our honeymoon. We were not able to do it, but she was so nasty and sarcastic about it. Overall awful experience, don’t waste your time or money.
