A great trip overall. Although we did not go to the monkey kingdom as promised above so don’t expect that! Also a lot of people crammed on a small speedboat. Other than that it was really enjoyable and the tour guide was very knowledgeable.

EXCELLENT TOUR! I had the most amazing time. The sea canoeing was my favorite, followed by the cave exploring. James Bond Island was good as well, but the sea canoeing was top notch! The food at the floating city was yummy as well. The tour guide was great too; she was so funny and entertaining and very sweet. 5 out of 5 stars. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

A very nice and relaxing trip , the Phang-nga bay and James bonds island are beautiful. We had lots of nice photos . We had a nice lunch and we had the chance to buy pearls from the island which is a lot cheaper than in store . Our last stop was at koh Yao yai beach which was beautiful and relaxing .

The actual tour was great but afterwards the bus driver that they had us go with, got so lost that he was unable to find our hotels. He drove around for 2hrs before we pulled out our own gps (4 couples in the car) and navigated him ourselves to each of our respective hotels. He was not able to communicate with us either and before we used our own gps he would just call some random guy to give him directions, but the dude kept giving him the wrong directions. It was not until one of the couples realized that we were driving in circles near downtown Phuket ( our hotels were in the southern tip 40mins away) that we knew he was lost and had no idea where he was going. I was a solo traveler and my phone had died. If it was not for this nice Iranian couple who stayed with me and let me use their gps back to the hotel, I would’ve never gotten home. I had to rely on the kindness of strangers to look after me. If they had gone to their hotel first which we had to pass by to get to mine, I would have been stuck with no phone to gps home and no way of communicating with the driver. I am a season traveler and yet I have never been so scared in my life. This was a terrifying experience. Even if the tour was good, having to go through the experience of not knowing if I was safe and ever going to make it home or back to my hotel makes this not worth going on. We literally had no idea where he was taking us or where we were.

I got sick in the same day of traveling and couldn’t go to that trip I booked, I contacted customer service in whatsaap and they didn’t accept cancellation and getting even partial refund also not accepting to make any change, they used the word (unfortunately), bad experience I will never use this site again

I honestly don’t know how this company has great reviews. They barely put in minimal effort. We had gone with another company the previous day to go to the phi phi islands and it was great! We thought it started great because the company had messaged us through what’s app and told us a day before they would pick us up at a certain time and all was confirmed but then they call the morning of the tour and change the time. It was fine, but how can you confirm a time one day and change it last minute. Make sure you have a screenshot of your confirmation number, unfortunately we didnt have it readily available and the internet took a long time to load the ticket with the confirmation number. The driver did confirm us with our name but we told him we couldn’t load our ticket and offered to show him another form of identification and he refused to see it and wanted to only see the confirmation number. We literally argued with him for about 2 minutes until he just said “it’s fine just go in the car”. Seriously…he could have just looked at my ID to check that my name matched the booking instead of arguing with us. Ok, we get there to the port and it’s about 30 minutes before the departure time on the booking. They divide you into groups, I guess by the language you speak. After about 45 minutes waiting, they tell you about the itinerary for the day. The guy who was our guide just told us “wait outside” after the itinerary was told to everyone. To be honest, he never even introduced himself to the group. It was obvious that he didn’t want to be there and didn’t care about how he was doing We were all confused about where to go. And when he got out, he was yelling at us to go to the boat. He was speaking to us as if we knew where the boat was. Another irritating thing is that they had 2 different groups in one boat. So they had another language with English on the boat with 2 different guides. You can see the huge difference with how our English speaking guide was talking to us versus the Russian speaking guide. You can tell that the Russian guide was taking the time to explain to her group about what to expect and how much time it would take to get to each island, etc. While our guide literally would say we are going to so and so island and that was it. All the English speaking people on the tour were extremely confused the whole day. You can see that people in the other group were well informed and new what to expect. We were just wondering what to do and even if we asked he seemed irritated for us asking. Seriously, he didn’t even tell us when we were going back to the port. Everyone was wondering if we were done for the day. And one of the guys who were helping out grips your hands too tight when helping you out the boat. It was so tight it made my ring bend and also created a cut on my finger from my ring. My husband didn’t believe me about the guy gripping my hand too tight until it happened to him as well. The whole time everyone is treated like cattle. And when we got to the port we were arranged to go back to our hotel by certain numbers. The drivers were waiting with their numbers and the driver we got didn’t stand by his number. We found our number on a bush plant. We asked one of the workers where our driver was and all they said was “he must be walking around”. The Russian guide was helping Russian people in our transport and they were able to find the car. We are standing next to the number that is on the bush and the driver finds the English speaking people next to the bush and gets mad because “everyone else is in the car”. I told him, there are other people in the group and no one told us where to go, the other people were directed to go in the car and we were not. I am punctual and respectful for other peoples time. And I was trying ti actively look for our driver or car. The car doesn’t have any numbers so you can’t find it on your own anyways. Honestly just find another company. This company can’t even do bare minimum work. You can definitely find other tours to visit these islands.

The local people are kind and boat captain is skilled. However, the islands visited are probably the less interesting of all in this area. Except from James Bond island (which I believe everyone would like to visit), which only offers a photo stop and no more than one view of a rock; and the island where you are in a little boat, there is nothing to see in the other islands. One of them is a simple in an out of a cave that has nothing inside (only 3 minutes walk) and the beach where we stopped at the end is the less beautiful I saw in my trip to Phuket (choppy water, thick and ugly sand…), nothing to compare to Bamboo island and the other many beautiful options around. Also, the boat arrives to this last stop around 4pm when is too late and the time of the day where the storms are starting every day, so the sky gets dark and thunders and rain (if not a short storm) will be welcoming you. Definitely, I don’t recommend this tour, choose another option and you will do much better, like Monkey island, bamboo island, caves with Buddha inside, etc).

Amazing day excursion! Easy pick up from/to hotel in airconditioned van. Upon arrival at Marina we were given refreshments and snacks and divided into our groups depending on language. Sunny was our guide so kind, informative and most of all humorous which made the day that so much more fun. The Van Driver, Speedboat Crew and Guide were Amazing, would recommend this day trip!

The tour and guides were amazing! Fabulous time however our taxi service provided by the tour was an awful experience. Driver was pulled over for not being properly licensed to be a taxi service and we were escorted to police station where we had to wait for an hour and a half for new taxi (group of 6). Missed other appointments and dinner reservations because of this.

Geweldige tour met een super leuke gids (Nina), ondanks het regenachtige weer heeft ze ons een leuke dag bezorgd. Erg enthousiast, vrolijk en kon ons veel vertellen. De bezoeken aan de eilanden waren precies goed qua tijd en overal even mooi. Daarnaast kreeg je meer dan genoeg drinken en eten en verfrissingen. Geweldige tour met een super leuke gids (Nina), ondanks het regenachtige weer heeft ze ons een leuke dag bezorgd. Erg enthousiast, vrolijk en kon ons veel vertellen. De bezoeken aan de eilanden waren precies goed qua tijd en overal even mooi. Daarnaast kreeg je meer dan genoeg drinken en eten en verfrissingen. Een van de leukste tours die we hebben gedaan onze vakantie.
