What an experience, from start to finish. Pick up was easy with transfer from the hotel, on time. We were greeted by the pilot themselves and she was great. I took my little boy up as a birthday present and she made it a great experience for him, he got to sit up front and watch her fly. I highly recommend the extended flight, after you explore from the ground, it made it better seeing where you hiked the days before. Fantastic experience, professional pilot and a must do.

Our pilot (Brenden),chauffeur and tour guide was friendly, professional, funny and had great knowledge of the area and local ways of cultural practise. Very experienced and for anyone who has never been in a helicopter before, he will put you at ease and is very safety conscious and well experienced. I did this trip with my father who loved every minute! Good value for money and well worth it for the view ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Jack from Ayers Rock Helicopters picked us up from our hotel and took us to the Helicopter. He was also our Pilot for the trip. Jack was a great guide and very informative on everything we saw during the flight. I took my 82 year old mother and she had a blast. It was a beautiful way to see the Olgas and the Rock. It gave you a different perspective from the air. Would not hesitate in recommending this to anyone of all ages.

We flew in to Ayer’s Rock on April 12th. Arriving at 2:30 p.m. I checked my message and was informed that my helicopter tour at 8:50 was canceled due to required maintenance. And that my booking was cancelled.
This was the reason for my trip to Ayer’s. April 13th was my birthday but my wife planned this for my birthday.
That very same evening I over heard a man talking about how great his flight was and Jimmy was such a great man. His flight was at 10:00 a.m and he said there had been a flight come in.
All he could say was how sorry he was for me.
Tried contacting operator but no answer or a better explanation of what was going on. Huge disappointment for my wife and me. My gut feeling from the beginning was I got my seats taken for someone else’s flight to take place.
We booked this tour months ago and was confirmed up till 2:30 p.m. the day before flight. This isn’t even a days notice.
I asked for help in getting any kind of flight. NO ANSWER (BACK)
For me they broke my trust.
