Charged an extra $35.00 on the day because we could not fit in a tandem parasail as booked. Not mentioned at the booking site or when we checked in a few days prior to our booking. Only hit with the fee on the day 10 mins before going up so couldn’t really cancel with the kids standing there. Otherwise a good experience

My friend & i enjoyed this experience of being high up in the air. Our first experience which made it more exciting. Only downfall is that your airtime only goes for 8 minutes as they have other people within the hour that join you.

It was great fun, but the Westerly winds were WAY too strong! My 15yo daughter was petrified because we were thrown around like a cork in a washing machine!
The last couple couldn’t fly because the wind was so bad. We need to come back on a much calmer day
