It was a wonderful experience, the pick was on time and drop also to the nearby hotel . The food was obviously not to likings of Indians but still ok. No complaints there . But the highlight of the full day tour was the tour guide Mr Mehmet Sakir Karadibek . He was amazing , truly professional, well informed. I would like a tour guide like him on my next visit.

Ali was a very knowledgeable tour guide and knew everything about Istanbul! The driver was great as well. Ali made sure to take us to all the great places listed, it was very rushed walking to each spot out of the bus. Would have been better if the pace was a little slower. We were all in all very happy with our tour.

Mehmet was an excellent tour guide. He was personable and shared lots of history about Turkey. I had a separate tour guide for the Bosphorus River cruise and he was amazing as well. Unfortunately, I don’t recall his name. This was a great tour to see some of the highlights of Istanbul in a short period of time with knowledgable and friendly guides.

I had great tour guides and have nothing bad to say about them – however, I didn’t like the structure of the tour. Everything was too rushed that I felt we didn’t get to fully appreciate each piece (part of this came from the traffic that it took to get around). I also got passed off to a different tour group halfway through my tour, as apparently my tour was going to Topkapi Palace but I signed up for the Bosphorous Cruise. I didn’t remember picking between the two and thought the tour went to both places. Overall, it wasn’t a terrible experience and was better than doing no tour but the structure of the tour could be significantly improved to make it a better experience.

Ali R. was so incredibly helpful on what was a whirlwind day for us in Istanbul! The tour itself was pretty good, even allowing for a somewhat bizarre stop off at a department store for a fashion show (not even joking). In my opinion there was too much time allocated to shopping on this tour, but I understand that’s why some people come to Istanbul.
We had to leave just before the boat trip and Ali went above and beyond to safely get us to our hotel – big thanks to him!

Overall was a great experience. Our tour guides were super knowledgeable. Only thing that annoyed us was on the cruise, we were not told that you that they charge for their tea/coffee. After we finished a tiny cup of tea, the boat server ask for 50 Turkish Lyra so that was super unethical and didn’t charge the people next to us because they complained.

Both Mehmet and Mehmet Sakir KARADIBEK really made me feel welcome and gave tremendously insightful explanations of the Hagia Sofia, Grand Bazaar and Bosphorous. I was astounded at how MR KARADIBEK went ABOVE and BEYOND to assist me after I had a incident at the Bazaar and it showcases what genuine and great person he is! I highly recommend the tour!

This tour covered all the main attractions of Istanbul Old Town. Lunch at one of the local restaurants was delicious. The afternoon boat trip along the Bosphorous was very refreshing. Both tour guides and the drivers were friendly, professional and knowledgeable. My parents who have mobility issues were both well looked after. I strongly recommend this tour if you’re visiting Istanbul!
