This may have been the worst tour I have ever booked, and I have booked many. The tour guides were extremely disorganized. They missed buying tickets to the Burj so we never even go to do that. They didn’t even introduce themselves or ask our names the entire day. They didn’t offer information unless you asked them a question. They were glorified taxi drivers at best.

WORST. TOUR. EVER. The driver was not a guide, had no information at all and skipped at least a third of the listed stops including the Burj Al Arab, which is obviously a big one! Driver also lied to our group and told us there was to much construction to visit Jumeirah Beach and instead dropped up off at another random beach for about 15 minutes to (and I quote) “go see whatever you want”. I have traveled a good deal and used Viator many times satisfactorily. This was a huge bust. Don’t book this tour, it’s a waste of money.
