You really feel like you’ve seen Normandy after this tour, and the taste of Brittany leaves you wanting more! The guide was very friendly, funny and welcoming, and, being from Normandy herself, she was very knowledgeable. Not only did I learn a lot about the history of France, and Europe, I was also enlightened in regards to Norman traditions and the French way of life.
Furthermore, as someone who didn’t really know where she was going and was overwhelmed by the amount of things to see in Normandy and Brittany, I was grateful to be in the hands of an expert. I had a much better experience than I could have planned on my own!

I particularly appreciated the social, architectural and historical knowledge of our guide. Her knowledge of of the sites we visited was truly impressive. I was a little disappointed in the fact that even though our 2 day tour was a tour of 25 guests, we were integrated with another tour (different language) of 25 for bus transportation. This necessitated all information presented while traveling on the bus between sites to be heard twice in two different languages. But it was still an excellent tour, with excellent overnight accommodations. I had to change my tour date after booking the tour and the customer service agents (telephone) were very accommodating. Good customer service and good flexibility. Good value overall.

Our guide, Florence was excellent, knowledgeable and humorous. She spoke impeccable English and Spanish. I selected this trip because it met all the places we wanted to go. We especially loved San Malo. Omaha Beach and the American Cemetery were breathtaking and somber. (Do not select it if you want to see more of the landing beaches and museums.) The hotel accommodations were first rate and the dinner was excellent as was breakfast. The only criticism I have is the meeting site as we had two addresses given to us on the website, and one was incorrect. Luckily we had enough time to get to the correct meeting place.
